I would NOT RECOMMEND staying at this hotel, and here's why: Firstly, the hotel is ******* . Few unsettling experiences by my friends. They are having consistent bad dreams and encountering strange things in the toilets and living rooms. It definitely creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel's cleaning service is not up to par. They only clean your room if you specifically request it the day before. If you forget and inform them in the morning, they simply won't send anyone to clean. I strongly suggest that the hotel inform guests about this policy during check-in to avoid any misunderstandings. Lastly, the hotel has a very strict check-out policy at 10am. Even if you have a valid reason like having an upset stomach or any other unexpected situation, they won't show any sympathy and will charge your credit card WITHOUT your PERMISSION. It's quite frustrating to discover these charges on your credit card bill, and despite trip.com's attempts to intervene, the hotel refuses to refund a single cent. Based on these experiences, I believe it's best to avoid this hotel if you want to have a pleasant and hassle-free holiday. It's better to choose a different option to ensure a more enjoyable stay.

The experience was mostly good... staff were quite helpful except for 1 thing.... (see below); place was well located, clean.. ambient temperature was good even though there was only 1 a/c unit.. maybe be different in high summer.. encountered 2 issues:- 1) The door to balance is left opened.... hotel would not provide a key to lock it... as no key is given out... the lock may be incorporated in the door handle when lifted.. appeared this particular door may not be installed properly.. 2) Very strange - The receptionist refused to reserved a parking space for me for some reason... (under 3 separately occassion, day after check-in, day before needing to use and the actual morning of the day of use).. and when i drove the rental car to the hotel.. it was full as apparently; i did not book....

The hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly. The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

Location was great. Service tidy. Accommodation self contained. No other hotel amenities.

有一説一，房間的空間 位置和前台的服務都很不錯，但是衞生實在是太太太糟糕了，椅子上和沙發上全污漬，被子的被套也沒有完全套好，露出的芯子上還有大塊類似血跡一樣的 不想打開第二次再去拍照了，太噁心
