Overall, it was pretty good and very cost effective. Helpful staff.
• Luggage storage room available. Laundry service avail on site (4 bucks for washing machine, 4 bucks for dryer & 2 bucks for washing powder), Ironing service was free of charge.
• Toothbrush & Toothpaste were available upon purchase @ the reception. Hot water, box fan, kettle, small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, clean towel, soap, shampoo were all avail.
The first two nights I stayed, I had to use a shared bathroom, however, it was very clean. After that I extended my stay where I was moved to another room which included a bathroom.
Also, perfect location as it is situated on the busiest street in the city centre where you'll find a lot of restaurants & shops nearby even supermarkets.
* The down part was that it gets very noisy at night, you could hear the traffic & people on the street screaming. Plus, the mattress wasn't in its best shape.

The location is perfect because it will only take me 10 minutes to walk to the Harbour. There are many great restaurants nearby that do not close until 12-1 am. The annoying part is that you must use a key to get to the common bathroom, but I get it. There's room service every day to replace my towel and clean my trash can, and I was surprised that they do that. The funny thing is that they ask you for an 800NZD deposit, but you can use your credit card; for those who don't have one, it would be annoying. Overall, I wouldn't mind to stay here again if I come back for a visit.

The location is good. The service is nice. The amenities are good for the price. Just experience some mosquitos in the room. But overall it's good.

The location is not so good because we need to walk the steep road.
The room walls are thin, I heard other people's talking.
Otherwise, that was lovely stay!!

Good price. Good services. Quite hard for me to walk when carrying a heavy luggage from sky tower to here because I have to pass through a inclined road. Ok for stay one night for transit. 15 minutes walk to the countdown and a lot of restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel is located on the busiest street in Auckland, which is very convenient for visitors to hang out in the city.
