Wi-Fi is bad, cutting in and out… useless! Takes forever to watch a 30min show on the TV…. Ended up giving up on trying.
So many light don’t work (the one above bathroom mirror and above the Mini bar)
My room’s balcony faces Halsey St, and is noisy as xxxx coming from heavy vehicle or construction machine etc.

Hi , apart from reception being on the third floor and no access unless calling them to come and get you , very friendly and helpful staff , nice quite rooms .

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Love the privacy and standards. The only issue was that is a pain of another hotel and doesn’t have reception desk and you communicate by phone or text, however they are very quick in response. Great value for money!

找起來有點麻煩，和喜來登在一個入口，整體還是很舒服的，在港口附近，步行可達港口。附近有超市，相比港口更安靜

The shower didn’t work well, the wand was loose and shot water everywhere. The rain shower worked but flooded the entire washroom. Our air conditioner wouldn’t keep up and was quite warm.
The hotel was located in a great area, close to the harbour and many fantastic restaurants.
