Really nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good sound insulation. Breakfast was really good also and the room had everything I needed. I’d stay here again if I return to Auckland!

It is a nice and clean hotel. There are few street parking spaces just down the hotel and we are very lucky to be able to park there.

I was disappointed how the policy of having 500 IHG points added to your account if you do not have your room cleaned. I certainly did that but there was no points added, worst, the staff lied about adding it to my account. A week passed. Still do not have it. What’s the point of encouraging guest to do that if you are not implementing the policy correctly? And why lied several time to defend it? Definitely a disappointing stay and I booked 2 rooms!

Good location and breakfast was adequate. The room was clean but small. Within walking distance to ****** and intercity bus stop
Front desk queuing system was not very systematic esp where order of service was concerned.

Good stay, I love this hotel coz it’s very clean and tidy. The towels looks fresh.
Only one escalator to go up to next level and no escalator to go down one floor, so it’s quiet annoying especially when you carrying a big luggage.
Good customer service.

Check in time is too late(3:00pm) and check out time is too early(10:00am). Luckily the staff advised us to join the members of the hotel group so that we can apply for the early check in and late check out. The facility is new, tidy and clean. Staffs are polite.
