The location and walkability to the water front and cruise terminal was perfect, close to Hop On Hop Off bus, restaurants etc.,

Helpful front desk regarding directions to various attractions. Location is central, within reasonable walking distance to many city attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The CBD location is fabulous. The check in staff on arrival didnt communicate with us that our booking (we booked 2 x double bed suite) was unavailable and we were left with just the one king bed instead as the hotel had now fully booked out. We were charged at the full rate for the 2 x double beds, and when queried - we were offered a complimentary breakfast as opposed to a refund of price difference. We requested 2 x beds for a reason. Parking at an adjacent building at a minimum cost of $26 per day is not advertised anywhere. The rooms themselves were very tidy, quiet and comfortable.

We liked everything. The room was very light, just perfect.
The price was extremely hight dues to the pink concert.
Breakfast was good. I can only recommend the hotel.
