Hotel clean and net but hotel room service staff not so professional. Nearest to railway station. Easy to check in.

It's pathetic, not at all hospitality, towel fatigue hui di, tea bihar se lekar aata hai polithin packet me, pahle ushko payment karna hai, break fast carry in parcel with paper dish without spoon, dinner ki thali khuli hui, not even covered taken from outside. Advised make my trip people to visit once before the inroll the property. Such type of hotels aapka naam kharab kaur denge. Again said one of the worst experiences i have. Now follow the feedback is up to you

I was on short trip for a function. I wanted to have rest due to hectic travel. However very pathetic experience due to renovation work in entire property. Too loud noise of drilling, cutting in entire property. I chose to leave my room to escape from such surroundings. I went to waiting hall of rly station in city to have some rest.

Reception attend us very well and guide us to room and provide the services as well as mention any difficulties reach to them. They will resolve the issue within a minute and as they say, they provide us the services.

1) location is very close to the station 2) food was terrible, the dinner did not meet my expectations. I had booked with breakfast, even at 9:30 the breakfast was not ready 3) the room was shoddy, and electrical fittings were hanging by their wire
4) the service too was average as i had to repeatedly call for a cup of tea in the evening

Location > nearest to railway station, other food surrounding hotel needs renovation, electricity and bathing water issue, no lift, many things are very old plaster of ceiling, wall
hot water for bathing takes time we need to waste 40-60 litre cold water
