We came to see the Ellora caves and chose this hotel because it was surrounded by lush greenery. Especially with the hot weather, being able to drink a coffee on the serene lawn, away from the honking traffic, made us feel well balanced. There were two or three hotels like what I just described, but none have the authentic character of Vivanta. You feel like a Maharaja, as the expression goes. The experience starts with the hotel driver in immaculate white uniform who takes you from and to the airport in 15 minutes. The hotel has such a large staff, all of them warm and friendly. They take care of everything. The rooms are spacious and they all look out on the enclosed garden and pool. There’s a ground level where the rooms have a porch and an upper level where the rooms have a balcony. We recommend the upper level rooms. They have more light and a better view. The rooms are cleaned at least twice a day. When you pass a member of housekeeping in the corridor they always wish you a pleasant day and ask if they can do something for you. We especially remember the broad smile of Mr. Shivaji. He made us feel right at home. I also found it remarkable how the staff keeps you hydrated :-) The room is restocked with bottles of water throughout the day. They repeatedly bring you bottles of water at the pool and at breakfast. Even the door*** hands you a bottle of water when you step into a taxi. Having breakfast is very enjoyable! As early as 7 am you can comfortably sit outside on the lawn, listening to unobtrusive music being played live by a musician while waiters bring you freshly made dosa. The staff is fast and caring. They give you a variety of suggestions. They remember your room number and how you like your coffee. The food is very tasty. We felt pampered every single day. A special recommendation to Mr. Shyamal, Mr. Dhiraj, Mr.Suresh, Mr. Amol and Mr Santosh! Lastly, we’d like to express our great gratitude to Ms. ****al! She enriched our stay with interesting sightseeing tips and when she overheard at breakfast that my wife had bought a sari she offered to come to the room and help her put it on. She took such care in dressing my wife. The cherry on the cake was when she showed up with fresh flowers and wove them through my wife’s hair. Absolutely beautiful! We took stunning pictures in the garden and went to dinner in transitional clothing. That evening the chef Sainath Rathod gaves us an exceptional dining experience. We highly recommend his cuisine. Be sure to try out both restaurants. Explore his take on Asian fusion at Tea House and ask for the chef’s special at Latitude. We stayed in several four and five start hotels throughout our India journey. Vivanta was far out the best experience!

Good property in Aurangabad. Food was excellent. Full marks to the staff starting with Travel Deak, Reception, smooth check in. Thanks for the room decoration and the lovely cake for our wedding anniversary Delicious food thanks to Mr Shyamal, Mr Vikram, Mr Bhattacharya the sous chef. You made our stay very comfortable. Rooms need refurbishment otherwise the property has everything else. Great service. Thanks once again Vivanta. Keep up the good work.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel while touring the Ellora and Ajanta caves. The hotel was comfortable and service was superb at the restaurant. A special thanks to Mr. Nikam and the rest of the crew at the restaurant...****ay Vaichnavi, Shymal, Sainath Shubhan as well as Sous Chef Bhattacharya (excuse any spelling of names errors). We had a wonderful time during a stay.

I booked this hotel ***y months in advance. The staff got in touch a couple of months before our arrival to let us know that there would be a wedding at the hotel. At that time I let them know about my birthday. When we arrived and checked in, they showed us to the room and we were met with an amazing surprise. They had decorated our room with rose petals as well as ***y balloons in the shape of hearts and a cake made with towels. They had fruits and some cookies as well. The housekeeping ***ager stopped by immediately and greeted us and made sure we were happy with everything. The housekeeping staff was extremely attentive and stopped by a few times to check on us and were quick to fulfill all our needs. Our room was always well-maintained. After we came back to the room from dinner, we found a piece of birthday cake waiting for us with candles and matches. It was another amazing surprise. We did not expect any of this. Later on, we decided to stop by to see the wedding in the courtyard. The housekeeping ***ager showed us around and we ended up sitting with some family from the groom’s side. The catering ***ager was also very careful to make sure we were happy. So were the wedding guests! We ate in the dining room once and ordered room service another time. Everything we ordered was very good. The dining room staff was very helpful with suggestions. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming as well. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hospitality with which we were met was amazing.

Our stay at Vivanta Hotel was incredible! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazing views ( Swimming pool & garden views). The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made every guest feel special and comfortable in a home away from home. We had my brother-in-law's engagement in Hotel's Tango banquet. The hotel team made sure everything was perfect, from the beautiful decoration to the delicious food. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or in the room or enjoying the engagement function, every moment was special. We can't wait to come back! Great hospitality ticking all the boxes that any high end hotel must! Kudos to all the departments and Its staffs; each and everyone takes special care of guests requirements with precision and highest standard of quality. The most important thing is the hotel is very peaceful and calm and ideal if one seeking long peaceful stay.

Very service oriented staff, whatever I needed, I could get it there- I got delayed from my early morning business meeting and I arrived at restaurant at 11:00 am for breakfast. Though buffet was over, they served me whatever items I needed. I was flattered.

I had a great stay with Taj Vivanta Aurangabad. The place is gives the sense of staying in palace which goes well with City's historical character. I have to mention that Kishore from front office and Cheff Satish made sure our stay was breeze. I had caught up with fever during my stay and i asked for kichidi and Cheff Satish made sure i get it. While leaving i had to catch a train early in the morning like 5:30AM and the kitchen staff made sure we had our breakfast packed and delivered. I guess Taj does surprise its guest every time you stay with them.
