Click Hotel Aurangabad

Great hotel with all facilities,stayed there 3 days and visited to ellaro and ajantha caves.hotel staff was so friendly and they help all the time.they have good and tastes good too.My highly concern was wifi and they have good speed wifi as well. 100% recommend for any one.

I will recommend people travelling with Family OR Married couple to pick this hotel for your stay. Location is perfect i.e. on road and easy to locate. Ample of parking, Inhouse restaurant . All the staff start from reception counter to room service boys are very polite and quick on service request. I will give 5 star rating for all the check points

Rooms are spacious for family. beds are well made and clean bathroom has 24hrs hot water and good set of toiletries. Reception is very good people are warm Food in the restaurant is very good in quality and quantity. just beware of water bottle price its twice the printed.

My wife and I stayed at the Click hotel in Aurangabad for two nights. The room was clean, well equipped, and everything was in working order. The breakfast included ***y choices and we enjoyed it. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and prompt. Overall, the hotel is well ***aged and gives good value for money paid. We also availed of the taxi service provided by the hotel for two days to visit the Ajanta and Ellora caves (the car belongs to the hotel and the hotel provides a driver). The prices are higher than what you would pay to independent taxi operators but you would have some comfort that the driver is vouched for by the hotel. Our driver was Sal***. He is a skilled, punctual, and careful driver, and we were very happy with his services. One of the rear passenger seats in the car we got had broken springs and the seat was unusable. The hotel should take more care to ensure their cars are well maintained.

We were very satisfied either staff’s behavior and attitude. Food was excellent. Front desk personnel was very courteous and helpful

Very clean and hygienic rooms which are tastefully done up. We had booked 2 premium rooms and 1 standard room for the kids but they gave us all 3 premium rooms. The rooms have a sofa bed, so if you are only 3 members, you can share same room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the comforter was very warm. The restaurant serves very good food. Buffet breakfast was included but the options were few. Spread was not wide but sufficient and tasty. Location is very nice if you plan to visit Ajanta Ellora. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall fantastic experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Click Hotel in Aurangabad. Initially, we considered booking the Lemon Tree, but we're delighted that we chose Click Hotel. Their service was exceptional, whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant. We were impressed by the speedy dinner delivery, which typically arrived in just 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience with a wide variety of fruits and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, all complemented by tea and juice. The staff at the hotel was incredibly humble and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean, complete with a bath tub. The hotel's location, right on the highway, made it convenient to get an auto or cab for city tours. We even found it easy to return from Ajanta caves as both government and private buses passed by the same route. One of the pleasant surprises was the reasonable pricing of the in-room dining menu. Unlike most hotels, the TV had an active Tata Sky connection with all channels, providing great entertainment options. The hotel's flexibility with early check-in was highly appreciated, as we arrived early from Hyderabad. I strongly recommend the Click Hotel for a wonderful stay in Aurangabad. Also, I advise booking directly through their website to save a significant amount of money compared to using Make My Trip. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we had a memorable experience.

General stay was 'OK' for a 3 Star hotel. Rooms were satisfactorily presented. Room service was OK. Service and wait staff were also satisfactory. However, why do I only give 3 stars??? Although general service etc. was satisfactory there is a shortcoming when it comes to standards and quality of service. I realise that this is not a 5Star hotel. BUT It takes a little effort and accountability to keep up standards.There is general lack of supervision and service audit. Room cleaning OK...but over time a lack of supervision and training of staff leads to deterioration of room standards and hygiene. eg. After a shower entire bathroom/ toilet floor is totally wet. Solution: Install a larger glass shower panel to keep the toilet area dry. The above should be seen as constructive comments in order to improve future services...or else..Click Hotel, Aurangabad... may gradually downgrade itself to a 2 Star Hotel. I'm sure ***agement would not want that. Hopefully this helps.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. It's value for money, with clean and elegant room. Space wise I suggest premium room which was decent enough. Location wise it is very close to the Mumbai Nagpur expressway. Another aspect I liked was food. Morning breakfast was okayish, not bad not great either, but nothing to complain about. The room service dinner I had was good, quantity and quality wise and was also quick. Overall it was really good at this price. Worth the money.
