The accommodations were excellent. 2 things distracted from my experience, local construction made it very difficult to find the hotel and the walk from parking to the hotel was very icy making it dangerous.

the room temperature was either cold or hot. I had maintenance up twice to fix to no avail

The hotel is beautiful, clean and convenient. What set this property apart was the staff! Upon checkin we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The service was excellent. Check in and check out was a breeze. The front dest agent realized that my husband just had back surgery that day and offered a wheel chair and any assistance we may need.
The accessible room was roomy, clean and comfortable. I loved that check out is 12:00pm. We were also offered a late check out of 1:00pm.
In my opinion there are only 2 downsides to this property. 1. No real designated handicapped parking. I was given a pass to park right in the front circle (that's a huge plus). 2. there is construction going on directly in front of the hotel.

I always love staying here. It's one of the few hotels where I find the bed and pillows to be exceptionally comfortable, and I wouldn't mind having them in my own home. The climate control system is very quiet and doesn't keep you up at night (unlike a lot of other places). All of the staff I have dealt with have been incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Finally, the rooms are extremely clean.

Hotel was lovely and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Also liked that an iron and ironing board was in the closet, very convenient.

This is a nice place to stay in this part of Denver. Its large, has a decent restaurant and coffee counter. Service is excellent. Parking garage (open air) is also a perk especially in inclement weather. Rooms are modern and comfortable. My only complaint is the design of the shower - you need to reach way into the shower stall to turn it on, resulting in your arm getting soaked with cold water before it gets up to temperature. The fixtures were all loose in the 3 rooms I stayed in over the period of a couple weeks.
