酒店地理位置就位於市中心，離州政府很近。出行十分方便。缺點是房間較小。早餐較單一，屬於傳統美式。整體體驗還不錯。

I just stayed for one night. Upon arrival the valet station was abandoned. The men at the reservation desk was extremely helpful. When I got to the room you walk immediately into the bathroom area. I was very disappointed for the price. It was so small you could barely walk around the bed on both sides. No doors on the bathroom. Small open closet with bars to hang on. There was a small very nice coffee bar with mini fridge. The room was clean but didn't have the feel of being clean. It had more of an old hotel feel.

We loved our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. 8th floor lounge was great and had comfortable seating. One of the female bartenders was fantastic. Room was very clean and we loved being on one of the higher floors.

The experience was horrible! They kept charging my card throughout my whole stay. Over charged me almost $300 and yet have not returned my money. Different manager every shift and it seemed like nobody communicated with anyone because I had to keep explaining my situation every time.

Overall it was good, we got a great view of the Austin half marathon. The toilet won’t flush so we had to call room service. Even after he unclogged it with a pluger, it’s still very slow flush. The ceiling needs work because it gave the impression it’s dirty with many black lines

The hotel was nice, people at valet, the restaurant and house keeping were very nice. At the front desk they tried but they can do better. I think they should put trash cans by the elevator in every floor. If you wanted to throw something smelly you had to go down to the front desk.
