Amazing place, my son’s life has changed a lot! No more itchy and dry skin! He sleeps so well at night! We only apply the avene spray every evening and then Xera Calm cream. Daily quick shower is v important though. I love Avene and going back there again end of March 2024!

Beautiful location it is a gem in the middle of the mouintains, nice and quiet perfect if you are looking for a peaceful get away, we went with a 1 year old and it was perfect for all ! we went there to have a rest and it was great !

This entire place is breathtaken. Hotel itself is extremly clean and comfortable. Lovely staff and delicious food made my stay uniq and unforgatteble. View from Room's balcony is spectacular. Swimingpools are very clean and gym is well equipped. Deffenetly will come back.

Thank you for a wonderful restorative stay. The pools, room and restaurant service was excellent. The staff friendly and professional. I enjoyed renting the e bikes and exploring the beautiful country side. It was beyond my expectations and I will hopefully return!

We stayed full board again for 2 weeks enjoying the tranquillity of the mountains in this beautifully modern state of the art hotel. The Manager runs excellent facilities, and the staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel and have already booked for next year.

Très bel hôtel avec des chambres très agréables. Piscine et salle de sport au top. Très beau parc. Personnel aimable. Mais des points d’amélioration essentiels pour un hôtel 4 * : - plateau de courtoisie : pas de renouvellement des doses de nespresso, cela est mesquin au vue du prix de la nuitée. Il faut aller remplir soi même sa bouteille d’eau à la source Avène, aux thermes qui ne sont pas ouverts tout le temps - restaurant : ne correspond pas à un 4 *, qualité des plats discutable, pas de possibilité de changer un plat dans un menu, service catastrophique : poivrier renversé sur les genoux, service très lent, obligés de réclamer le pain, lentilles dans le menu du 1 et soir, réutilisées en salade dans le menu du second soir, plats proposés ne correspondant pas au type d’hôtel.

Rien à redire: au delà de la qualité de l'hôtel, très bon accueil, personnels très pro avec une pointe d'humour. J'ai adoré.

Un acceuil chaleureux avec le sourire et les petits mots qui vont bien et font du bien ! Un charmant hotel dans la verdure, son architecture, la décoration, les employés, vraiment pas envie de repartir je recommade vivement cet établissement.

Séjour agréable,confortable:tous les services sont professionnels. Le personnel accueil, restaurant, chambre est sympathique;la restauration très bonne et bien équilibrée .. Je n'ai pas de point négatif à relever.
