We stayed in room 7 which was just of the main entrance, the room was fantastic with a beautiful bathroom, the beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud, I will be booking again. The only downfall is with being next to the entrance you hear the door constantly opening and closing but a set of ear plugs would sort that out.

We enjoyed the two night stay here, very secure and excellent parking on site. Our room was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good , having a fridge was handy we didn't use the microwave. The bathroom could have been designed better with more storage and a towel rail for the large bath towels. The rooms are located about 5 mins from all the shops and restaurants, so it's ideal for self-catering.

Very nice room and superb location. Booked the morning of the stay as was just touring Scotland. We had double bed 1 room which was spotless and very clean bathroom. Single room quite small so if there are more than 2 you’ll defo need bigger room but very happy with stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay right in the centre of Aviemore and walking distance to all restaurants and pubs in the town. Rooms are immaculate with superb shower facilities and also the comfiest beds around. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying in the town

We enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The small deck space was great for sitting in the sun after a shower. We liked the amenities, fridge, which had 2 complimentary bittles of water, 2 sinks, and welcome gift of local treats. It was a convenient place, close to town and public transportation as we went for a hike in Glenmore Park.

We had a lovely time hiking in Glenmore Park. Aviemore is a wonderful town with nice people, fine eateries, and the Sweeney room was clean, comfortable, and close to tow n.

Stayed here Thursday 20th June till Saturday 22nd June, I would definitely recommend sweeney rooms, I book premier double which came with a very nice balcony that my dog liked. The rooms are very nice and extremely clean has a nice kitchenette with fridge. Can’t fault this place at all. 100% recommend

What a fantastic couple of nights at sweeney rooms.. Very modern room with kitchenette, secured entrance with coded door to get into the building and individual rooms, travelling alone I felt very safe during my stay. The room was immaculate with very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend staying at sweeney rooms if in the area and look forward to a return visit

The rooms are clean and modern with a kitchen area to make snacks and hot drinks. The pubs and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and the town has a Tesco and lots of outdoor clothing shops. There are lots of activities available nearby at the Rothiemurchus estate and the scenery all around in beautiful. We would definitely stay at the Sweeney rooms again.
