Cogimos este hotel por estar a medio camino del viaje que hacíamos.
El hotel necesita una renovación pero estaba limpio y las camas eran supercomodas.
También tenía piscina y, lo que más nos gusto, que admite mascotas :)

Very nice stay, it was very clean and the pool was lovely we had a nice meal in the restaurant and then went to sleep in a cozy bed lovely and spacious. The pool was cold but we all enjoyed it as it was very refreshing after a long journey in the car. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The room had good A/C and you can’t hear the airport at all. Great location as you are just off the motorway. Very quiet however it is very remote. merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances en famille.

We stayed for 6 nights – half-board, as part of a 3 week tour of France. *** THE FOOD *** Our evening meals were delicious. It was clear the chef prepared the food with good quality ingredients, each of the 3 courses was presented beautifully. *** THE ROOM *** Our room was a Deluxe Queen Room – in one of the separate single storey annexes. The bed was a huge 2 metre square and very comfortable. The room style was “modern business” – with fitted desk and dressing table. The bathroom was a good size, with bath and shower over - good pressure and lots of hot water; large wash-basin and WC. TV had a selection of French channels. There was adequate hanging and storage space. A large keycode safe was provided (free of charge). Air-con was quiet and very effective. The room was serviced well daily. *** THE STAFF *** We found all the staff (front desk, restaurant) to be very friendly and helpful, and interested in chatting with us. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. *** THE LOCATION *** Very convenient for Avignon, and the the wider Provence area. The exterior will benefit from some TLC – which I’m sure will happen in time.

We stayed here for 3 nights in out organized tour. The hotel is ok, it has a pool that if you don't plan to visit Avignon it gives you something to do. The hotel means 3 different buildings and when you arrive it is a bit confusing to find your room. The room is big, at groundfloor with big window. A bit noise from the airport. I found some bugs in my room. Restaurant has a limited offer and was taking orderr in summer up to 8:30 pm. If you plan to visit the city probably tyhe taxi is the only option and will cost you as it is far away. It was the most disapointing hotel from all our tour.

Fréquenté depuis plusieurs années étape avant nos vacances, dans le sud à rénover, bien entendu, comme tout bien personnel aux petits soins. Agréable cadre de détente. Surtout garder la structure architecture, ainsi que personnels qui sont aux petits soins, ainsi que le personnel restauration

Ho partecipato a un tour in Provenza organizzato da una agenzia turistica specializzata nel settore. La camera sufficientemente pulita. Il bagno anche. Abbiamo cenato per due sere nella struttura e la cucina è sicuramente da migliorare. Noi abbiamo chiaramente mangiato quello che prevedeva il nostro menù scelto dall'agenzia, ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Très très déçue...Pas de clé car le système a carte ne fonctionne plus, chambre pas prête à 18h, bar et resto fermés, salon inaccessible car barricadé avec les fauteuils, piscine fermée malgré ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Rien ne va plus...

Depuis que cet hôtel n'est plus sous l'enseigne Best Western, c'est 1 catastrophe. Le personnel tente tant bien que mal de sauver les meubles, avec le très très peu de moyens qu'on leur donne. Nous avions déjà constaté il y a 2 mois la flagrante baisse de qualité des prestations mais aujourd'hui c'est le summum. Quelle désolation dès l'arrivée!!!Les pelouses ne sont pas tondues, donnant 1 sensation d'abandon des lieux. L'accueil reste agréable, notre chambre est propre et la literie est bonne. Nous sommes actuellement au restaurant, depuis plus d'1h15, c'est long, très très long!!!! Comme je plains et j'admire le personnel de salle( plus que professionnel) qui ne sont que 2 pour tenter de satisfaire 1 centaine de clients ds la salle. J'imagine que ds les cuisines, la brigade doit se limiter à peau de chagrin compte tenu de la longueur du service, quant à la qualité des plats servis, je ne m'étendrai pas ....Il paraît que cet établissement vient d'être racheté, néanmoins il est inadmissible d'oser accueillir 1 clientèle dans ses conditions !!! Car si aujourd'hui les prestations proposées sont lamentables, le prix payé reste le même et n'est aucunement justifié!!! Réagissez vite, avant que le bâteau ne coule définitivement.
