Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Lovely experience, as usual! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. This is a great place for a getaway and for recharging your batteries! Love the Haile!!

The ambience of the hotel is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with all necessary items. The meeting rooms were also good. The food was a variety and tasty. The professionalism was top tier and the staff are very helpful in navigating around the hotel.

It was interesting and fantasthe best customer service. All employees are will coming with smiles 😃 garden, swimming pool, coffee room, reception, restaurant, classical music, the pianost all everything is perfect I don't have a word I will be back soon Thank you so much

As usual, Haile Resort is leading Hawassa in guest comfort. The check-in/check-out process is seamless. The breakfast buffet is massive, with numerous options for everyone. What I enjoy the most is the customer service. In my opinion, it can serve a a global model. I have been coming to Haile for 8 years and I see improvements annually.

Great hosting, very friendly, attentive and proactive staff who want to ensure your comfort. Love the resort site with the birdlife, fishermen, and more! Perhaps to consider is to have a sports bar for the football and sports enthusiasts. It can be sound proofed so that there's no disturbance to other guests

The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was genuinely very kind and helpful. The boat ride was enjoyable with a knowledgeable captain. The grounds are beautiful. The resort is very clean and well kept. All of the coffee and food was phenomenal. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Very welcoming people. Rooms very comfortable. The lake view is wonderful. The massage is among the best I have ever seen. The overall environment is just good for one to recover from fatigue. The hotel is seated at the right that allows enjoyment
