Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Lovely experience, as usual! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. This is a great place for a getaway and for recharging your batteries! Love the Haile!!

There is no word to describe this amazing resort, simply to put it, wow!!! I have travelled all over the world, I have seen so many hotels and resorts, but this place is majestic. What makes it the greatest is not the location or the beauty of the place, don’t get me wrong the place is great, but I have seen better, It’s the staff took this place all the way to the top in my book. When I left, I felt like I left my own family, they go above and beyond their call of duty to satisfy their guests. They are second to none!! Thank you!!! Keep up the great work!!!

We received amazing customer service which is beyond our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated with 45 year’s anniversary with amazing TV display and with wine and basketful of fruits. We also enjoyed the dinner with beautiful decor. In the morning we received Happy anniversary cake with song, which make us very happy. We would like to give Haile Resort Hawassa entire team to make us feel extra comfortable.

I have spent a week at haile resort hawassa that Was excellent, thier reception, sanitary, breakfast, bath and spa and the whole hospitalities. The view lake hawassa it calms and fill with joys. They have shutter service, for airway passanger from resort to airport, I have advice for local from resort to bus station. Thanks for your hospitalitis Your customers, Thanks

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are high quality with a nice view. The food was delicious. I also enjoyed the live classical music played over weekends at the restaurant. The spa is relaxing but some amenities need to get fixed. Overall its one of the best places to stay at in Ethiopia.
