Piękny hotel, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Czysto, sprzątnie pokoi codziennie. Jedzenie smaczne. Alkohole butelkowane, co było bardzo dużym plusem. Wygodne leżaki, podwójne łóżka przy plaży i basenie. Obsługa pomogła nam zorganizować przyjecie weselne - zagwarantowali wszystko, aby ten wieczór był wyjątkowy! Bawiliśmy się do białego rana :) Bardzo polecamy!

Spędziliśmy tutaj cudowny tydzień. Hotel piękny, obsługa przemiła, wszyscy jak jedna wielka rodzina. Co najważniejsze alkohole tylko tzw importowane w butelkach, nie żaden śmierdzący bimber. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Polecam!

Wakacje przełożone z 2020 roku miały być spełnieniem. Niestety trochę rozmywają się z prawdą. Jedna z Pań w recepcji bardzo arogancka i nie miła. Przyjeżdżając do hotelu o godz. 11 na pokój trzeba czekać do 15 choć jak powiedział, że zadzwonić jak b będzie gotów oczywiście nie zadzwoniła. Pozostała obsługa ok. Kolacja w "Nama bar" jakaś porażka kelner zamiast wyglądać i prezentować się miał spodnie z dziurą. Bywając w różnych krajach pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z "wyborem" przystawek nie było podane aby można było się degustować była jedna do wyboru z menu. Jedzenie o wiele gorsze niż w stołówce. Nie polecam tego miejsca. Warto pomyśleć aby lepiej je dopracować ponieważ zasługuje na co najmniej 2 * . Śniadania ok choć Pan który smażył jajka i naleśniki to jakieś nieporozumienie. Jajka niedosmażone, a naleśniki grube i niesmaczne. Pani która była w inne dni robiła to zupełnie inaczej wszystko smaczne. Obiady smaczne, ale kolacje już nie. Jedzenie z obiadu przerabiane w inną postać i podawane np. mięso mielone z sosu włożone do tortilli :( Obsługa ogólnie w Blue bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój ładny z fajnym widokiem. Codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane ręczniki. Pani sprzątaczka przemiła kobieta. To na pewno na wielki plus. Baseny duże i czyste . Łóżka przy basenach pozostają dużo do życzenia ewidentnie pora na wymianę... Bar przy plaży z miłą obsługą, dobrymi drinkami i jedzenie o wiele smaczniejsze. Plaża piękna piaszczysta, kanapy do leżenia z parasolami dla gości w cenie. Obsługa również rozdaje ręczniki, podaje jedzenie na plaże ogólnie pomocna. Miejsce bardzo ładne, ale hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek w naszej ocenie to takie 3 gwiazdki * z plusem. Za te pieniądze na pewno można znaleźć hotel o lepszej renomie w tak pięknej okolicy. Podsumowując wakacje udane choć ze względu na jedzenie i rzeczy jw nie wybrałabym się tam po raz kolejny.

This used to be our family's favourite spot on earth... Such a great concept hotel on the best beach in Cyprus. We really do hope the management will find a way to level up the game because it's true that the place seems to be growing in the wild now.

Stay away from this hotel! I checked into So White Club Resort and I was appaled by the state of the hotel and the room. I checked out an hour later and chose to lose €280 than stay here. The jacuzzi was not working at the time we checked in and was dirty. Someone filled it with water while it was dirty and left it. The bedsheets were stained with yellow stains, that according to the staff, would not come off so they left it. AC in reception and restaurant barely work, the leather from pool chairs has come off. The floors throughout the room were full of dirt with yellow sticky stains. There were dead bugs all over the balcony table and chairs. The overall cleanliness was really bad as surfaces were sticky and stained with visible stains. The shower head was full of scale and toilet seat turned yellow. The lock was not working properly and it was falling out. When I went to order a soya late, the person making the coffee laughed at me without explaining anything, indicating that they do not have soya and that it was stupid of me to even ask. The hotel refused to refund us even though *********** has asked the hotel to refund having reviewed the evidence. Instead hotel took the money as they couldn't care less and are greedy and horrible customer service. The whole bad experience left me and my friend very unhappy as it was my birthday and we wanted to have a great time, which we didn't. I guess thank you So White Club Resort for ripping me off on my birthday! I hope karma comes back to you. I had to book another hotel to stay and paid extra. Terrible hotel and terrible business.

Our family's favourite hotel in Cyprus! We've come to stay here 3 or 4 times starting from 2014. Such an amazing concept, unfortunately got a hit during the covid years... We do wish it a quick recovery and lots of business in the upcoming years! Platinum Suite is highly recommended!

Disgusting awful place. Holiday ruined and had to leave and spend more money on a different hotel. If you read these poor reviews and still decide to go, then believe me you’ve been warned. Couldn’t use the pool as it was filthy. See pics

We spent 5 nights and 6 days in this resort… It was a big disappoint for several reasons, I list: About the room: Has very old furnitures, the time ate the white furnitures already. The matress on the bed was dirty also. From the shower, toilet, tap came dirty brown and black water. Most of the times we didn’t have warm water. The cleaner lady took our towel but didn’t bring clean one. The safe didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. There wasn’t any instructions about how to use the Air conditioner, TV etc. Once we were in the room in the afternoon and somebody who works there opened the door without knocking. At the swimming pool the beds are old and dirty. Outside in the garden we notice a very bad smell around the rooms.

This hotel was so dirty that i was worried to leave my children in it. I was also worried to eat or drink anything from this hotel. Not impressed at all and definitely i would not recommed to anybody. Shower was full of hair, baby cot was dirty and smelly, moled. Very poor service.
