Tania i stosunkowo dobra lokalizacja dla tego hotelu. Ale nie do końca czysty, ale jest tani dla podróżujących w pojedynkę

KATASTROFA !!!!! Uciekaj JAK NAJSZYBCIEJ!!!! Jadąc z moim chłopakiem na 3 noce, zostaliśmy obsłużeni. Czystość: berck berck berck !!!! Nie sprzątane, sprzątaczki nawet nie podają ci miotły, a nawet contchity…. - izolacja do przeglądu, połączenie okna wychodzącego na balkon do całkowitego przerobienia. Przechodzi powietrze, jest to otwór, przez który przechodzi powietrze i hałas. - uszczelka prysznica do zamknięcia, również do sprawdzenia. W 10s łazienka staje się gigantycznym basenem. Miło byłoby też przejrzeć system przesuwny drzwi prysznicowych, bo nie da się ich zamknąć. - ludzi, którzy nie szanują na korytarzach, biorąc pod uwagę okropną izolację. Śpisz z hałasem. Sprzątaczki, które o 7 rano trzaskają w bary i nawet nie szanują ludzi. To piekło spać!!! - docieramy do pierwszego pokoju "apartamentowego", który nie ma nawet kuchni, a ze ściany zwisa sznurek, bo telewizor zniknął!!!! Dostajemy przemienione pokoje, a w kuchni mamy niespodziankę: brak płyty (podobno jest na wyposażeniu) czy nawet naczyń!!! Nie chcieli mi dawać potraw, bo jest covid, to pani dała mi trochę, bo widziała, że pan nie chce. - recepcjonistki OMG znają cię, rozumieją twoją prośbę, ale jesteśmy leniwi. Kiedy widzą, że nadchodzisz, opuszczają głowy, albo sapią. Nie umieszczam w nim tylko jednego pana, który wiedział, jak nas słuchać i zmieniać, kiedy jest to konieczne. - Pościel: ogólnie rzecz biorąc nie jest w porządku, z wyjątkiem tego, że 1 z poduszek, które mieliśmy, była z kamienia! W szafie nie ma poduszek ani koców. - w lodówce trzymamy 1 jogurt i bum więcej miejsca.. - lokalizacja: na szczycie baru .. Pozwolę sobie wyobrazić ten hałas biorąc pod uwagę izolację ... jest nie do zniesienia do 6 rano, a młodzi ludzie, którzy wracają do domu z klubów, upalali nie dziękuję! Zresztą.. nie polecam.

Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions. Would not hesitate booking here again

Nice hotel, the staff there are nice. Linda the Scottish lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel has parking outside and the hotel also arrange car hire if you require it. Your room is serviced daily and bathrooms replenished. The hotel is in an ideal location and very close the main bars area so great

It was my first ever solo trip and I really enjoyed it! The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely warm, inviting and helpful. Particularly, the receptionist Lynn who made sure I was alright and provided me with any help or information when it was needed. I am grateful to Flora Maria and would definitely visit again .

The hotel is clean and welcoming, situated in a central location in Ayia Napa. The reception team are welcoming and accommodating and always on hand. Linda is amazing, looked after us really well and recommended places to visit. Linda also arranged car hire and taxis for us.

The rooms are NOT in the same building as shown on the pictures on their website We booked via ***********. Reception was very slow, we paid and they took us 2min walking distance to a building only to find out that they don't even have a room for us!!! Had to go back to reception but they did not want to return our money. Booking policy. The personnel (English-Cypriot girl) was ABSOLUTELY rude and joking with us. She knew we won't be able to get our cash back but still advised us to cancel. Offered us an upgrade, tbh, but we were listening to the people around us complaining about their rooms so we decided to count our losses and leave. No parking, rude staff, horrible service, from what we saw, the rooms were maybe clean but smelled disgusting.... Never going again there and will warn all my friends not to...

Well well well, where do I start. Me and my friends arrived at around midnight, not ideal I must admit but you play with the cards you’ve been dealt. We were greeted by Paul Pogba, obviously a clear attempt at stalling his Juventus move, who was less than impressed at our arrival. I proceeded to hand him our hotel voucher to which he started sorting out. As there was 6 of us, and I had booked two rooms, I went to hand him the second hotel voucher for him to palm it away. No problem, it must be all under one booking, so I thought. He led us to what can only be described as the ghetto or the slums to the side of the actual hotel, as we discovered later was known as ‘the annexe’. After scaling to the top floor, with suitcases, Pogba then struggled to open our door. After numerous turns of the key, and shoulder barges it eventually opened. To my surprise, the room was very spacious however there were 4 beds, 3 pillows and 2 sheets and no curtain. Believe it or not, my friend Warry Hinkley used a rucksack as a pillow on his first night. We also used a bed sheet as a curtain and a shower curtain as a bed sheet. After finally realising that there was 6 of us, the French midfielder suggested we cosy up on 4 beds. I would’ve thought he’d have a better upbringing in Manchester United’s academy so after going back and fourth with him, he led the other half of the group back to the actual hotel and penned them up in a nice room. As mentioned above we had no curtain, after three days we requested for a curtain to be put in place. After what we thought was a clear language barrier, to what turned out to be downright rudeness, we were told that we would receive a curtain ‘not today but maybe tomorrow’. (We never received one) Location superb, right round the corner from Fenor Sogs, Super Marios and opposite Yummy Tommy’s. Pool was drained so had to walk to the other part of the hotel about 5 minutes away to use the pool - not ideal. There’s plenty more I can say but I’ll leave it at that. Despite what I’ve said, it actually made the holiday better and funnier. Somewhere to sleep and wash and good location. If Paul Pogba and fellow teammates could polish up on their customer service then we’re onto a winner. Also a great location for spotting A list celebs! Within one week we managed to get glimpses of Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and the one and only, the king of pop, back from the dead, Jichael Mackson! Finally I recommend the Stumble Inn for food, best food by a mile in Napa. A common favourite within the group was the chicken penne or spaghetti bolo. 10/10
