The Palio Eleotrivio guesthouse is in a beautiful setting with wonderful views set within the exquisite village of Agios Lavrentios. The rooms and shared areas in the guesthouse are very tastefully decorated and very well maintained. It is a great setting for quiet contemplation. The breakfasts are very good quality and the customer service is excellent. We will certainly be returning. Tips - The tavernas in the village square provide excellent value evening meals. - The local bakery (also on the square) is wonderful and the staff there are very helpful. - It is possible to get to Agios Lavrentios by bus from Volos (details available on line but I can't provide a link as Trip Advisor does not allow this). - Some reviews have said finding the guesthouse is difficult - I disagree. If driving or arriving by taxi take the turning on the right about 1km before you reach the village. - Be careful if you go hiking. Get a decent map, carry a robust stick, hike with someone if at all possible and be careful if you are near any pens of goats/sheep. There are wild dogs in the mountains.

Impressive building, just a few minutes (steep) walk to main square. 3 night stay.
Very spacious and nicely decorated bedroom with heavy wood, Good beds. Average breakfast. Nice main terrace with views. Friendly staff.
To be repeated !

This was a very old olive oil factory converted to a very nice guesthouse! Every time we want to visit Pelio we stay at this place mainly because of the setup and the super friendly 2-member crew that goes above and beyond to keep their guests happy. Spyridoula especially is a gem of a lady that keeps the place immaculate and the guests happy! I foresee many more happy visits there because the place offers everything! Mesmerizing spring waters running right next to the place make for unforgettable sleeping experience! Take a hike up to the mountain and keep your eyes open for seasonal fruit trees! Late June cherries are the best! Too many experiences to mention! Visit and find for yourself!

Un havre de paix dans un petit village charmant et pittoresque. Très belle maison d'hôte, bien entretenu avec beaucoup de cachet et d'authenticité. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. ils font tout pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Βρώμικο ξενοδοχείο. Χωρίς κλιματισμό. Δεν δίνουν ακριβή πληροφόρηση για τις παροχές ούτε και για την πρόσβαση （θα καταστρέψετε το αυτοκίνητό σας）. Πρόσεξα τις κριτικές που υπάρχουν για αυτό στο tripadvisor και έχω να πω ότι οι εξαιρετικές κριτικές είναι ψεύτικες και έρχονται σαν απάντηση στις άσχημες κριτικές. Ειρωνικές απαντήσεις από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Καλύτερα να το αποφύγετε.

Ίσως η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο.δυστυχώς δεν έμεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένος ,δεν υπάρχει parking για το αυτοκίνητο ,και είναι πολύ δύσβατο το σημείο να κατέβεις ,τώρα στα του δωματίου ,δεν έχει a/c,το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά σκονισμένο ,και το πρωινό μέτριο έως αδιάφορο,το μόνο που άξιζε απτην διαμονή μας είναι το χωριό αλλά την επόμενη φορά θα προτιμήσω άλλο ξενοδοχείο για διαμονή !
