Stunning hotel entry/entrance. Nice room and all my special requests were granted.
Reception and guest relation service is good. Unfortunately the room service, at the pool and in the restaurants is lacking.
Loud gardening work should be postponed after 10am. A birthday party kept me awake at 3am. But the hotel very well managed my complaint.
The fitness room is too small.

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm.
The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing.
The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed.
The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours.
We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

Our experience at the Amara was perfect. Our sea view room was modern, clean and quiet with spectacular views. The restaurants were all fabulous with Michelin star chefs. The food and cocktails were delicious. And the breakfast in the morning was sheer perfection with lots of variety. The spa was gorgeous and huge and our treatments were lovely.

it is the best hotel we ever stayed
there is no even one comment
great food in breakfast and all 4 resturants
the room was very clean and with great open view
the mini bar was all the time refilled
we celebrated my wife's birthday and they paid attention to the date
we will defintly come again

Well as a gold member and having booked 3 rooms at ********** vip property at amara and not having to be granted my vip perks as a gold member it was a bit disappointing
The staff did not want to grant us even our bottle of wine . I travel more then 15-20 times a year for business and stay at ********** vip properties all the time and this time was very different

The beach and pool staff was friendly and helpful, on the other side the room service was always very late even for just water . The reception staff wasn’t very friendly and helpful.overall I rate my experience 7 out of 10.

Had an amazing stay at the Amara. Five days of total relaxation and luxury.
Rooms have everything you need, staff are all polite and attentive.
Restaurants all really good food.
Recommendation to anyone booking is to book restaurants in advance as they get full on Friday and Saturday.
Would recommend and will be returning.
