Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent! Large breakfast buffet. Lovely thermal swimming pools and saunas. Great view from balcony. Nice bathrobes came with the room.

Wir waren im Februar 2023 fünf Nächte im Vitalhotel. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und immer gut, die Abendessen ebenfalls. Der Sauna- und Thermalbereich sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war immer freundlich und kompetent. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Noch relativ neu am Neuen Marktplatz von Bad Birnbach hat sich dieses Ristorante einen sehr guten Ruf erworben. Jede (übrigens große) Pizza schmeckt hervorragend, die Nudelgerichte sind ebenfalls top. Kleine, aber ausreichende Weinauswahl zu vernünftigen Preisen. Leider kein Antipasti-Buffet und nur wenig Auswahl bei frischen Fischgerichten. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und freundlich. Reservierung ist sinnvoll, da es nur wenige Tische im Lokal gibt. Im Sommer sitzt man draußen und hat den gesamten Marktplatz im Blick. Inzwischen kommen viele Stammgäste und Einheimische. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung.

Nahe am Ortszentrum und an der Therme gelegen bietet das Vitalhotel einen eigenen sehr schönen, ruhigen und nicht stark frequentierten Wellnessbereich im Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal im Restaurant und in der Bar, sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt, engagiert und professionell, super! Ebenso das Angebot und die Qualität bei Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sehr sauber und geräumig. Dennoch 2 Kritikpunkte: Keine österreichischen TV-Programme und vor allem die 2 E-Ladestationen sind nur pauschal buchbar zu einem sehr überhöhten Preis (fast 1.-€ pro kWh) sodass man außerhalb des Hotels Ladestellen aufsuchen muss. Wäre gästefreundlicher lösbar!! Dennoch sehr gute Wahl in Bad Birnbach.

Wir sind 14 Tage im Dezember im Vitalhof. Es gibt nichts,absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Ein tolles sehr sauberes Zimmer. Eine Küche die Seinesgleichen sucht. Weder beim Frühstück noch beim Abendessen gibt es etwas an Speisen was man vermissen würde. Ein phantastisches Service- Personal. Immer freundlich, schnell und immer ein Lächeln auf denLippen. Sehr gute Massagen. Die Schwimmbäder mit dem warmen Wasser, einfach perfekt. Ein Topp geführtes Haus. Von der Rezeption, Service- Personal, Küche ,Zimmerreinigung, Sauberkeit usw,. Einfach große Klasse.

Sehr gut in Preis/Leistung. Tolles Personal, unser Zimmer 426 war im neuen Teil des Gebäudes und war außerordentlich groß und schön.Tolles Essen und super Thermalangebot im Haus.
