Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Wir waren den ganzen Tag im Sächsischen Staatsbad und hatten es bis zum Hotel nicht weit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Service und Personal waren freundlich.

Waren sehr überrascht über das Hotel, sehr positiven Eindruck. Parkgelegenheiten sehr gering, denn im Gesamten Gebiet von Bad Elster fast unmöglich. Aber das Hotel hat uns entschädigt durch freundliches Personal.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderwoche im Vogtland. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Hinzu kommt das bemerkenswerte Kulturangebot in Bad Elster. Das Angebot/Niveau ist mit großen Städten vergleichbar.

Man fühlt sich immer herzlich willkommen.Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind trotz des Alters vom Haus,sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Leider konnten wir die Gastronomie diesesmal nicht genießen, da am 2.Tag die Gaststätte bereits 14.00 Uhr geschlossen hatte. War nicht schlimm,aber schade.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil und Ambiente. Freundlichem Personal. Gutem Essen. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen gut geeignet, ebenso um in einem der Parks zu dösen. Es gibt viele wunderschöne gepflegte Gärten. Ich fahre wieder hin.

Im Zimmer fehlte nur eine Möglichkeit zum trocknen der Badesachen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück ,es gab alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Kurze Wege zum Albertbad . Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt.

Gemütliches Hotel, saubers, schönes und helles Zimmer, sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war klasse, große Auswahl und freundliche Bedienung. Die Gaststätte haben wir zum Abendessen besucht und waren sehr begeistert. Große schmackhafte Portionen zum fairen Preis. Wir empfehlen die Helene 100% weiter und werden wieder kommen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Wir haben gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist günstig am Kurpark gelegen und auch bis zum Theater und zu Naturbühne ist es nicht weit.
