Thermal Resort Hotel Elisabethpark

In vacanza con amici , arrivati con viaggio organizzato , dopo 18 ore di viaggio in pullman ci troviamo di fronte un imponente hotel con zero accesso per disabili, famiglie intere che trasportavano valigie su per le scale. Alla Reception in attesa delle proprie camere innumerevoli disservizi, chi non aveva letto in camera, chi non aveva le suite pur avendole pagate…da lì l’inizio di un incubo. Si presentiamo a cena sperando di essere ripagati della stanchezza del viaggio e ci ritroviamo un menu che per 7 gg è sempre stato lo stesso senza alcun riguardo per i bambini presenti, costretti a mangiare l’immangiabile. Relegati in uno stanzino dove non c’erano neppure posti a sufficienza per copritore tutto i presenti, la prima sera abbiamo osato esserci nella sala accanto e siamo stati “tacciati” dalla cameriera Karina , di nome ma non di fatto, che ci ha intimidato a spostarci perché “voi siete italiani!”. Dopo cena ci siamo spostati nella sala centrale per intrattenerci e far due chiacchiere tra noi e sul più bello arriva il caposala per dire “ devo spegnere le luci!”…alle ore 22:00. UN INCUBO! Tutto l’hotel al buio e tutti noi costretti ad andare nelle proprie camere . La colazione poi la ciliegina sulla torta, unico hotel della mia vita senza croissant, scelta minima e se provavi a chiedere alla tanto simpatica cameriera Karina un goccio di latte caldo o caffè , per risposta ricevevi un fantastico “ ho solo due mani!” . Oggi , ultimo giorno di soggiorno in questo hotel, stranamente la fantastica cameriera che fino al giorno prima ti toglieva piatti e postate da sotto il mento prima ancora che finissimo di mangiare, e che non aveva modo di soddisfare alle richieste legittime dell’ospite perché “oberata”, stranamente passa tavolo per tavolo chiedendo se volessimo qualcosa , semplicemente perché voleva la mancia 😳. La pulizia poi lascia a desiderare, moquette ovunque piene di macchie e polvere, e la pulizia in camera inesistente. P.S. Karina non ti puoi permettere di fare il dito medio ad un ospite …sei INDESCRIVIBILE!!!

questa è sicuramente una vacanza da dimenticare.Cibo pessimo,per non parlare del personale della colazione,maleducatissimi e antipatici.Hanno avuto anche degli atteggiamenti razzisti nei nostri confronti.Camere piccole e scomode,a volte si scordavano pure di pulirle.

The hotel was a reasonable price but it was made apparent why, when reflecting on my stay here. The breakfast was okay but the evening meals were inedible. Do not expect any traditional Austrian food which you would get on the slopes. In the end we chose to eat out over eating in the hotel, which made up for the reasonable price that was advertised. Alongside the low standard of the food, the staff were not very hospitable and sometimes quite rude. Myself and other members of the party got quite bad food poisoning from the food one night, when we addressed with a member of staff they tried to blame the altitude. We know other guests had similar issues, so it wasnt just unique to our group. If you want a cheap night stay, in a decent location then I would recommend but do not go half board and subject yourself to the evening meals.

I do not recommend. I was in january 2024. From the start we had the impression that we are not welcome, the hotel staff was not friendly. Every day the same thing at the breakfast, 6 days. One toaster for 200 persons . Very bad coffee. At dinner the same thing , not very diverse. The room very old, not painted for decades, good space. Superficial cleaning. Old and dirty carpet in the room. Hotel in good location. Parking next to the hotel, paid parking, not included ( 28 euro a week). Low temperature at the pool. 32 for the water , 20-23 ambient air. Some friends of us had to change the room because was wet! And onother family had problem with electricity. Even if the price was ok I won’t come back, I prefer to pay more and have better conditions. Free entry at the pool and sauna but we had to pay at the reception the bathrobe. At the pool just one old hairdryer. Overall I do not recommend.

Just back from a week stay. Hotel is nice and clean, pool facilities and sauna etc adequate. Food was plentiful and pretty tasty. Breakfast especially had plenty of buffet choice. Unlike some other reviews here I would say the staff were the highlight of the stay. Friendly and helpful without being too overbearing. The only comment I would make is that if skiing/boarding the walk up to lifts is steep... so either accept the queue for the hotel shuttle (at most 15-20 mins) or take the skibus from 50 metres along the road. All in all would definitely return.

We would like to praise Karina, a very kind and exceedingly serviceminded waiter in the restaurant. Always at your service when needing it with the biggest and kindest smile. Thank you for great service Karina. I would say her colleagues could learn by her, the way she is around the guests is 5 stars from us. One other lady (maybe a manger or so) who stood in the restaurant every evening, should learn how to smile more and improve her guest hospitality. Other wise, the receptionists were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is extremely charming with a lot of cultural history. Surroundings were incredibly beautiful. Very nice place, and we would definitely visit again some time.

Everything was very good! Great restaurant service, good Austrian food. A lot of activities to do around the hotel for those who don't ski, situated exactly in the town center. SPA was great, especially the saunas!

Definitely a recommended hotel!Nice hotel in beautiful location, with amazing view, and friendly and helpful staff. The food is tasty and everything is clean. I felt extraordinary throughout my stay considering that I also had access to the spa. Transportation to the ski slopes is another advantage for choosing this hotel. New Year's Eve was a beautiful night, they organized a festive party with a music band.

It was a wonderful stay, wonderful staff, extremely kind, all the necessary conditions for a wonderful vacation. the food is very good, the spa is perfect for moments of relaxation we will definitely come back
