Beautiful restful location with super hiking all around. Excellent breakfasts and a good restaurant. The tortes are superb!

This is a very good hotel, especially when you want to see the sights in the area, and want to walk/hike in the mountains/forests.
There is an exceptionel service in the restaurant and in the reception. We really felt home here!
The hotel gets our warmest recommendations!

Ein liebevoll und mit einem gewissen Geschick zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren zum Wandern im Osterzgebirge. Das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt war hervorragend. Day Essen reichlich und schmackhaft, ebenso das Frühstücksbüffet. Auch preislich absolut in Ordnung. Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Vor 3 Jahren waren wir schon mal da - es war sehr, sehr gut. Die Entscheidung wieder ein paar Tage an diesem besonderen Ort zu verbringen fiel uns leicht. 3 Personen - 1 Doppelzimmer + 1 Einzelzimmer waren schnell gebucht. Das Doppelzimmer war wunderbar und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Einzelzimmer war leider ein "Loch" im 2. Stock mit einem Bad in dem kein Mensch sich vernünftig waschen konnte geschweige duschen! Am 1. Abend haben wir im hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen, leider ein Reinfall und obendrein wurden wir um 21 Uhr gebeten zu gehen denn sie müssten die Tisch für den nächsten Tag eindecken. Am 3. Tag - ein Sonntag - wollten wir am Abend um 20 Uhr noch ein Glas Wein im Gastraum trinken und wurden schon etwas unftreundlich empfangen. Nach - hier könnt ihr - nein doch nicht - lieber dort hatten wir das Glas Wein endlich. 20:30 Uhr kam die Bedienung und wollte abkassieren - sie hätte Feierabend. Das geht gar nicht! Schlussfolgerungen überlasse ich den Lesern! Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr betreten!
