Comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, staffs are very kind and polite. If I have trip again to Bad Kissingen, this hotel will be my first choise. Thanks for their location and hospitality.

ich war zum 2ten mal hier und der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Es ist einfach sehr schön, toller Service mit super Essen. Eine Wohlfühloase!!!! Ich habe mit meinen Mitreisenden jede Minute in diesem schönen und komfortablen Hotel genossen.

2 nuits réservées dans ce bel hôtel très bien tenu, confortable et calme. Je n’ai pas profité de tout ce qu’il offre puisque c’est avant tout sa situation géographique et son côté pratique pour se rendre au salon « Abenteur & Allrad ». Petit déjeuner fabuleux.
Sérénité absolue. Il semble qu’être français et non-curiste soit « remarquable » pour certains hôtes …

Wir waren begeistert! Uns wurde schon oft gesagt, dass das Hotel uns gefallen würde, aber hier wurden unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen! Service war super! Alles war sauber! Super nettes Personal! Sehr leckeres Essen! Meine Frau und ich waren dort für 7 Tage. 7 Tage purer Luxus. Wir kommen im Sommer wieder :) Vielen Dank

Wir wussten nicht, dass es sich um ein Seniorenhotel handelt, da dies nirgends angegeben ist. Das war kein Problem, aber es wäre gut gewesen, das zu wissen. Leider müssen wir uns endlos über das Essen beschweren. Ich habe noch nie eine so furchtbare Auswahl an Speisen erlebt. Nichts war frisch. Die Gnocchi lösten sich nur mit maximaler Kraft vom Servierlöffel. Wenn es sich tatsächlich um ein Seniorenhotel handelt, dann würde ich mir für die älteren Menschen gesünderes, frischeres Essen wünschen. Wir versuchten, unsere halbe Pension zurückzubekommen, weil wir uns weigerten, das Essen zu essen, einschließlich des Frühstücks. Leider war der Service nicht gut genug, um uns für ihre Unzulänglichkeiten zu entschädigen. Ich empfehle NICHT, hier etwas zu essen. Die Saunalandschaft kann ich bestätigen, sie ist ganz nett, ABER sie wird erst um 14:00 Uhr aufgeheizt, was ein absoluter Witz für ein Wellnesshotel ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und wünsche mir für die älteren Gäste, dass sie gesundes, frisches Essen zu sich nehmen.

Super nettes Personal, Essen hervorragend und super Spa-Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir möchten besonders hervorheben, dass das Personal unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich angenehm gemacht hat. Bad Kissingen ist ein Traum.

Sehr schönes Zimmer im neuen Refugium. Auch das Restaurant Blau und die neue Lounge Bar sind sehr gelungen. Ich komme wieder, keine Frage! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und die tolle Betreuung im Spa.
