The hotel is great, very clean, super location, comfortable, friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast nor the restaurant, but my stay was great there. Totally recommended. Make sure to visit the Kirchberg Therme, just 5 mins walk by the river from the hotel.

As motorcycle tourists we appreciated this stay very much: got the bikes parked safely, there was a very nice bar and very friendly staff. Room was nice and there was a beautiful inner courtyard sitting area as well. Staff spoke English and you could put the beers on the room bill, which is great when you want to avoid any extra hassle. Atmosphere was really family-like and some of the rooms had a great view to the mountains around. The location was perfect, close to downtown and there was a bunch of restaurants around.

Sehr schöne stadtnahe Unterkunft. Ruhig und Appartement gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen, da sich ein Wespen (oder Hornissennest) oberhalb des Fensters befunden hat und "die Viecher" recht angriffslustig waren. Vielleicht bei Gelegenheit einmal entfernen um einen 100%igen Urlaubsgenuss zu erhalten! Ansonsten sehr schöne Lage und gute Wohnung!

Sowohl der Besitzer als auch das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geräumige Zimmer zu einem anständigen Preis. Das Hotel liegt zentral an der westlichen Seite des Harzes. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Meine Tochter und ich hatten für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Es lief alles unkompliziert, die Telefonate im Vorfeld waren sehr höflich und nett. Wir durften unsere doch schon hochwertigen Oldtimer - Mopeds sogar im Hinterhof parken, damit sie sicher waren. Die Belegschaft ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Konversation war angenehm. Die Preise halten wir für gerechtfertigt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ein charmantes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und aufmerksamem, stets freundlichem Personal. Für den, der den Begriff "picobello" noch kennt : hier trifft er voll zu ! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren mit allem wieder sehr zufrieden. Zu Fuß kann man sehr viele Ziele erreichen, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und das Restaurant hat eine gute Küche.
