Much better than expected. Absolutely clean and modern hotel. Was surprised by the breakfast buffet. A lot of options and everything fresh. Friendly staff, furthermore absolutely helpful with everything. One little note: I got lucky that I was able to check in, my confirmation mail said check in until midnight but when I arrived at 11:23pm I was told ‘oh lucky you, we were about to leave’. I showed them the mail and they were surprised as well. But all in all I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Im Januar 2024 war ich bereits zum vierten Mal Gast im NordWestHotel Bad Zwischenahn. Den hoteleigenen Slogan "Hier bin ich gern!" kann ich uneingeschränkt bestätigen. Das gesamte Personal - an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum sowie in der Hotelbar - ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Der Ort Bad Zwischenahn sowie der See sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Mein Comfort-Doppelzimmer - zur Alleinnutzung - war geräumig und hell eingerichtet mit Bad und Dusche sowie einem bequemen Bett. Der Tag startet mit einem reichhaltigen und sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Produkten. Bei den großzügigen Frühstückszeiten - während der Woche von 7 bis 11 Uhr und am Wochenende von 8 bis 11 Uhr - kann man auch mal morgens länger schlafen. Den Abend hat kann man in der Hotelbar gemütlich bei einem Glas Hausbier oder bei einem Cocktail ausklingen lassen - zu für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unglaublich günstigen Preisen. Dass das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant hat, ist nicht schlimm. In Bad Zwischenahn gibt es genügend Restaurants. Ein Tipp: Wenn man sein Hotelzimmer über die hoteleigene Homepage bucht, bekommt msan viele Vorteile - wie z.B kostenfreie Nutzung vom Wellness-Bereich und Vergünstigungen auf den Zimmerpreis.

Wir waren Ende Mai für fünf Tage in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang und Check in waren schnell, professionell und freundlich. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung Internet. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Der Frühstücksbereich hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Büffet nicht sehr groß, aber von guter Qualität und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Frisches Obst, verschiedene Brötchen und Brotsorten. Müsli, Joghurt, Quark, Marmeladen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Fischplatte, Eierspeisen. Auch für die süßen wird mir Croissants, Kuchen, Stuten und einer wechselnden Überraschung gesorgt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Fussläufig ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Dort befinden sich viele Restaurants in allen Geschmacksrichtungen und Preisklassen. Das Hotel hat auch eine kleine Snack Karte. Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks sin absolut angemessen. Auch das Personal am Nachmittag/Abend ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Und Bad Zwischen Ahn ist sehenswert.

Klassiek hotel, sfeervol, standaard internationaal. Publiek was op leeftijd. Heerlijk ontbijt buffet en een heel groen/ duurzaam initiatief (geen dagelijkse schoonmaak waarvoor €5 tegoed te besteden in de bar)! Kleine maar fijne sauna.

L'hotel non è semplice da raggiungere se non si è in possesso di un auto. Noi ci siamo arrivati a piedi, con una passeggiata di 30 minuti dalla stazione centrale; avevamo con noi solo uno zaino e non è stato un gran peso, ma con delle valige sarebbe stato comunque scomodo. Una volta arrivati, però, cambia tutto: il personale è gentile e accogliente, ci hanno spiegato come funziona il check in e come orientarci all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola e purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usufruire della sauna (magari lo faremo la prossima volta). Il servizio colazione è fantastico: la colazione è prettamente tedesca, ma con una grande varietà di dolce e salato da accontentare tutti gli ospiti. Le stanze sono tranquille e spaziose. L'arredamento forse è un po' vintage, ma tutto sommato piacevole. Il letto e i cuscini erano comodi, e c'è anche la possibilità di prendere un tè o un caffè offerto dalla struttura direttamente in camera attraverso l'utilizzo di un bollitore. Ci ritornerei definitivamente!
