The room, although small, was comfortable. The hotel has a nice decor. It mentions that a sauna was available? I did not know that until I checked out! It is located convenient to the city and attractions. Breakfast was both elegant and offered nice choices. I chose a room based on photos which showed a balcony, my room did not have a balcony. When I made my reservation it automatically selected two adults I was alone but could not select single. I hope I was neither charged for a balcony or a second person?

A very nice historic property within walking distance of downtown. It appears that the hotel has installed air conditioning in the rooms recently. Quite well soundproofed. Very courteous and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Laundry service is available, €14 for a whole bag of laundry which the hotel will return nicely folded. The Italian restaurant is not operated by the hotel, I suggest you avoid it - poor service and poor quality food.

Excellent hôtel, très bien placé, en face du Festspielhaus. Petit problème si l'on doit y séjourner plus qu'une nuit: l'armoire est minuscule et il manque de la place pour ranger les habits. Sinon, tout était impeccable. L'accueil très aimable et un excellent petit déjeuner. Nous y retournerons certainement.

受付の方の対応がよく、とても気持ちよく利用できました。中心街からは少し離れますが、大規模な駐車場の近くで、車で行く分には便利な立地でした。バーデンバーデン滞在の際は、おすすめします。

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar Baden Baden. Habitación muy amplia para 4 personas. Muy limpio y agradable. El buffet del desayuno sin mucha variedad pero suficiente y de muy buena calidad. Aparcamiento disponible muy cerca del hotel.

Excelente atendimento, muito boas e bem limpas as instalações. Funcionários cortezes a todo momento. Recomendo. Exzellenter Service, sehr gute und sehr saubere Einrichtungen. Zuvorkommendes Personal zu jeder Zeit. Ich empfehle. Excellent service, very good and very clean facilities. Courteous staff at all times. I recommend.

sorry, aber einen so schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt, und ich reise wirklich viel und hab schon in hunderten Hotels übernachtet. Service und Kundenzufriedenheit stehen hier im Bayerischen Hof wohl ganz hinten an.

Wij hadden spontaan geboekt voor een nacht. Perfecte ligging ( auto kun je parkeren in de garage voor het huis). Diervriendelijke ontvangst ( bij de receptie vroeg men of ik een deken wilde hebben voor de hond ). De kamers en het bedlinnen alles was zeer verzorgd en schoon. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en alles was vers (de dame die het verzorgde deed het met haar hart en ziel). Je bent gelijk in het centrum van de stad.........een aanrader dit hotel .
