Villa "El Balcon", built in 2000. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. The complex is located in the middle of olive groves and is very nice, exactly as described in the pictures. If you need rest and relaxation, this is the right place for you. For us, we were 4 people, this was exactly the right accommodation.
