The service was above average but not so good. Location is near to baga beach. Hotel food prices are same as restaurant near the baga beach.

No lighting in the room, staff services were pathetic, the package included of breakfast but served only limited to eat and charged extra, no kitchen in the hotel, strict and limited timings to order anything like not before 9am and not after 9pm at night and in the evening only after 6pm. Tv not working, no wifi Pathetic experience, strongly not recommended ❌❌❌

As i have planed to visit goa i have firstly checked the property on mm t and as per ratings and location which is close to baga beach i booked this one. The stay was very much comfortable worth fro the price and beach and main market is just on road. So very convenient to travel and easy to get all things. Just food price is unnecessarily high at hotel as per quality and quantity almost double than average price of food.

My experience at baga high q in goa was extremely disappointing. The hotel lacked basic amenities and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There is no lift, so you have to carry your belongings and children up the stairs yourself. Despite booking a city view room, we were given a closed room without a window or balcony. The room was also stinky, and there were no toiletries provided, except for two towels and a bar of soap. To add to the frustration, when we ordered breakfast at 8:30 am, we were told it would arrive by 9 am. However, it didn't show up until 10 am, causing us to delay our plans and our rental cab. Even worse, the food was too spicy for our child. The staff at the front desk were unapologetic and dismissive when we raised our concerns. Overall, i strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their guests' needs can easily ruin your travel plans. Avoid baga high q at all costs.
