The reception staff are nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient , about 5min walk to Gallienii Metro station.
Recommendation: it will be nice if drinking still water are provided.

Terrible experiencia, nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar un deposito por las habitaciones, al recepcionista se le apago el datáfono y nos hizo repetir el pago, al final nos bloquearon 400 euros que hoy, un mes después siguen bloqueados. Hemos llamado al hotel y nos dicen que escribamos al correo, hemos escrito y no contestan los mensajes. Cuando nos dieron las tarjetas para subir a las habitaciones y abrimos la primera, estaba sucia. Nos dieron una habitación sucia. Tuve que bajar nuevamente a recepción para que nos cambiaran. Las habitaciones no se parecen a la de las fotos, son totalmente viejas y sucias. La recepción es moderna pero cuando vas a las habitaciones parece otro hotel. Al siguiente día debía planchar una camisa y fui a su cuarto de planchado, olía fatal, la plancha estaba sucia y solo terminó ensuciando mi camisa. Y para terminar la experiencia al hacer el check out y preguntar por el dinero, un trabajador bastante mal educado llamado Tidiane nos dijo junto al mismo recepcionista que nos recibió que ellos no podían hacer nada que llamara al banco. A día de hoy todo sigue sin resolverse y me llevo esta gran decepción de esta cadena de hoteles. Realmente no esperaba este nivel de desastre.

L’hôtel était plein mais la chambre était correcte même si la baignoire au lie de la douche m’avait un peu refroidi !

位置不錯，公共交通附近很多。過境或者商務可以考慮。附近有很多意大利餐廳不錯😆早餐在巴黎的酒店中算可以了，巴黎酒店早餐普遍很差。服務人員很少，要下樓找reception😂電話一般聯繫不上😭，忙得沒人接聽

Hôtel sympathique avec des espaces de travail, des chambres spacieuses. Le chauffage était trop fort et impossible à régler difficile de bien dormir. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.
