One of the best hotel i’ve stayed in Baguio. Breakfast buffet was above my expectations. Room is clean and space is just right.

2nd time slept here at sotogrande. Price is affordable , very near to anywhere u want to go around baguio.. i already recommemded this hotel to my friends, actually they already booked and slept at this hotel.. staff are friendly..

New hotel. Good position less then 10 minutes taxi from city center. Nice pool. Good breakfast. the only negative thing about the TV is that there are no TV channels available only youtube and the other application of the smart tv like netflix but u have to use yours personal account .

The hotel is situated in the center of baguio.excellent service and very clean..this is the hotel we want if we travel because it's so clean and the amenities is perfect .it's like a 5 star hotel. The food is buffet and so delicious.The personnel are so polite and very accommodating .Food is very important so this is the hotel that answeres our needs,because if you're going out it will take time to choose a resto outside. Nice idea that the hotel has a buffet food..you can choose want you want...food plang sulit kna..When we will comeback here in Baguio we will choose SoTOGRANDE HOTEL again..Dito na kayo mag stay. it's like a 5 star hotel..💯👍👍👍

highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

Non-availability of face towels or was clothes in the bathroom, non-availability of bottled water or soft drinks in the room to purchase and no tea bags available for tea drinkers. In addition, recommend establishing Baguio city tours for the guests and tourists at an affordable price. Kudos to the employees especially at the dining hall or restaurant. They are customer service oriented, polite and respectful.
