We were pleased with our stay at the Krystal Grand Nuevo. Unlike others we visited with we were happy with our room. The buffet and restaurants were okay. Pool are was very nice except for lack of chairs. Overall we rated it a 7/10. Staff was not overly friendly. Pool boys/girls were awesome!

We stayed for 1 week. Check in process with ******* booking was a breeze. They take you to the altitude club to check in and are very welcoming. Our room was a King ocean view overlooking the beach. Fourth floor so palm trees were right in the perfect view but was still able to see the sunset perfectly. We hung out at the kids pool most days as there were kids in our group. The meals were all delicious in the Al la cartes. We tried all 4 as well as the buffet. Aren’t fussy eaters so there was always something to eat. Fish tacos by the beach took the best meal of the week. The staff was all very friendly. Juan poolside of the kids pools was by far the best server of the week. He made sure our cups were never empty and if you went to surfos bar for a drink he was sure to tell you he would bring you your drink as he was looking after us! Cesar and the entertainment team did an excellent job of keeping everyone entertained. If you have any issues at all just find Cesar Suarez he is the man! He would make sure to come visit everyday and make sure we were enjoying our stay! Very helpful and very friendly! I’m sure there’s better resorts out there but this all in all was a great holiday. We travelled with a large group of us so we were able to have a lot of fun!

Wifi in the rooms is horrible..I had to go to the lobby to make calls. Beds very uncomfortable. Receptionist was do rude. Mosquitoes in the room. Very limited breakfast options.

I was at the resort for a week with my 3 year old daughter. We enjoyed the beach and pool area the most. We just dined at the buffet for our meals and each day had a variety of options and was pleased with it.
The staff were great and make this place a fantastic choice to stay in Nuevo Vallarta!

Well , i don`t know where to begin . First - I`m really unhappy with the Room i had . We were in the "Altitude club" room 4118 . The room is situated right under the Adventure /Tour desk and the ladies working the desk were NOT QUIET about moving around furniture or making noise at 6:45 every morning . The screeching and knocking on the floor went right on into the day . NO SLEEPING past 6:45 AM .
Every day at 9:00 AM the music from poolside started pounding in our room with no peace and quiet times during the day right till 11:00 PM . We had a swim up room .Very nice ! But couldn`t enjoy barely a minute in the day to relax in a little peace and calm . I want to say that my wife and myself were aware that we were on a resort with lots going on and that activities happen. However , as the days went on the the activities became monotonous and relentless . NO PEACE !!!
It wasn`t all bad . There was a couple people that deserve kudos . The manager in the altitude room Josephine and Peter a gentleman at the front desk who just made our stay very welcome and treated us very well . .
If you are looking for the "spring break" kinda thing i guess its a great place to be .
If you are looking for any sort of peace and quiet NOT SO MUCH.

We loved this resort and highly recommended it to anyone wanting to go to puerto Vallarta. So many food options, lots of movement during the day. Friendly staff. We loved it!

The property was a very good resort.
There was only 1 buffet and, though 4 a la carte options, it was not amazing. But not horrible at all.
Sadly be prepared to get up for 6am if you want a good pool chair at the adult pool.
May sure you bring enough small bills as front desk will always say they never have change available.
Our room was in the main building. We asked for a king but got 2 double beds. Was told to push together as they could not accommodate a move. However, the view was amazing so we decided to not pursue it further.
Evening entertainment was passable. However it would have been nice to have more activities and amenities.
Otherwise staff do the best they can for you. All do well at communicating in english.
Would we go back.... yes if the price was right.
