+ The location of the hotel itself is marvellous. + Large room is nice. + Parking is free on the square. - Pillows and bed linen are awful. - Attention to details is zero. - Reception telephones do not work. Recepcion and restaurant staff are unprofessional. - Food selection and quality at breakfast are poor, one coffee machine with a neverending line. - Wellness area is awfully small, temperature in the hot tub is not warm enough, in the swimming pool water is cold.

Nice rooms, and location. Good things are over. Food was overcooked only with coal flavour. Staff in the restaurant... poor kids and others. They were unprofessional, unfriendly, phlegmatic and we see they didnt want to do job! Please hired up professionals! Absolutely not recmomended hotel. Never again!

Lovely place near the Sugovica, great for a romantic trip. Beautifull views. Its in the hart of the city, restaurants, coffee shops around the place. Best massage ever. Nice trips in the city. Reaaly recarging for couples.
