Lots to say but my biggest complaint is that at 8:30 at night, we had a stranger open our door as my daughter was right by the door. I heard a man’s voice, jumped out of bed, and he apologized and said the front desk gave him the room. The front desk admittedly gave him our room. When I think of how bad that situation could have been, it makes me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even stay the whole time we booked. Customer service was also awful. When we first checked in, the rooms AC was making a loud noise and the room did NOT have a sofa bed as advertised. The phone did not work to call down so we had to go back down. I was basically told I had to deal with the AC and sorry you were told there is a sofa bed. The maids were rude and when we went to the room, called the front desk in front of us and said I don’t know why you gave them this room. I’m not done cleaning it and I’m not going to rush. The wifi went down and the power making all keys have to be rekeyed. Many complaints. The elevator floor was soft in the middle. We would stand on the edges as we were worried it would collapse.
