This motel complex also has an adjoining Chinese restaurant, and it's of a very good quality, better than a few of the other Chinese restaurants in Ballarat that I've tried.
The rooms are nice and clean and the check-in is very convenient.
Location is right in the center of Ballarat, so close to basically everything.
Staff are enormously helpful.

Great sleep comfortable bed, room was quiet lovely hot shower in the morning.
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating as we arrived late

I enjoyed my stay in the standard queen room and will stay again. It was quiet. Appeared really clean and only spotted a couple of minor cobwebs. Bathroom very clean but no bath plug.
Bed was super comfy and linen fresh and clean.

you pay for what you get. some lighting didn’t work, shoer and bath were old and very awkward. Fire alarm went ff in every room at 7 am. false alarm 😂

rooms were dated, bathrooms didnt feel very clean, and need maintenance on fixtures.
Rooms were very noisy lots of road noise, and plumbing in the walls

Rooms need revamped. Bath had a very large crack in it and felt unstable when having a shower. Bath too high and didn’t cater for invalid. Made it hard to get in and out of the shower with a disability

Filth under the bed. Shower is in the bath, so dangerous. No lift. No service. Never again!
