We came earlier than checkin time but we had an important meeting. We wanted just half a hour before entrance to the room. We had upgraded room. But they did not do anything. Not helpful, not respective reception!

My recent stay at Hilton Baku was made truly memorable by the exceptional service provided by Narmin, the delightful receptionist. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, Narmin’s warm smile and professional demeanor put us at ease. We arrived earlier than expected, hoping to check in before the standard time. Narmin’s efficiency and flexibility were remarkable. She swiftly arranged an early check-in for us, ensuring that we could settle into our room comfortably. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout the process.

Great staff with a very warm welcome, clean and comfortable with good food. Gym is great and fantastic view from the roof top bar. What’s not to like. Not too far from fountain square and Maden Tower, about 15 mins walk.

What to say about the Hilton Baku? Not the grandest hotel in the world, but certainly among the best team I have ever encountered, anywhere in the world. After a period away due to the virus, to return to this hotel was like returning home. And it was everything I had remembered. The only thing missing was snow... but that was not their fault! I would heartily recommend this magnificent place to anyone. A class above.

From the moment we entered hotel till we left, I was very chocked and happy with the service provided by staff. Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Very good variety and selection of the breakfast, with kids corner during the breakfast. Good swimming pool. Room very cleaned every day in the morning. In May I stayed at Hilton in USA, but you even can not compare service of Hilton Baku with USA. Definitely I am recommending to All Hilton Baku

One of the best experiences in Hilton hotels. Location is great, minutes walking from old city, food is good, the staff was very nice since our arrival. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the flame building and the sea. The room service out of our experience with Hilton I can say that is one of the best if not the best one we have seen. I would highly recommend the hotel Defiantly we are planning to return
