Have stayed at this hotel before, stayed there now again. A lovely place I want to return to. Not a huge hotel, but very cozy. And with a very nice staff. Just a few meters to the beach, and a nice swimming pool right next to the hotel restaurant. (Margos House). It is only 5 minutes walk to the port of Balchik. A place with many restaurants. And short distance to the botanical garden. Would definitely recommend this hotel. One thing is for sure... I'm going back to this hotel

This is our third time to this hotel. Our last stay was 5 years ago, but this year we went back. The staff is so welcoming and nice, and everything was just perfect. We will be back for a fourth visit

We have one more day left of our 14 day vacation here - and I must complement this hotel. Our stay has been perfect. The people here are amazing, and the surroundings are beautiful. Although my 11 year old son has not reached his goal of eating 10 croissants in one breakfast sitting 🤣

Thank you for an amazing stay for me and my sister. The waiters and waitresses creates a really relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, although it’s busy, they always give you that little extra. Everybody has a big heart and really cares about the guests. Genuine, funny, familiar and very service minded! The location is super nice with the most stunning view over the Black Sea and the hotel is located right on the beach. The massage that the spa offered was also really good! An excellent week and we will always remember all of you!

A wonderful and peaceful place that is located on the seashore. The rooms are always clean. The welcome is wonderful. The location of the hotel is close to the promenade. Parking is provided for guests' cars.There is a free beach for guests. And the views from the hotel rooms are incredible. I would visit again.

Amazing straff everyone is so nice! Manager is fantastic and the hotell is of the best standard! The hotell made it a good vecation. The food is the best and not so expensive. Better food here then everywhere else I went.🫶🏻♥️

The staff of the restaurant is amazing, always leaving with smiles from the services. The food was always on point, I really enjoyed it and the varieties of cocktails too! Really great entertainment as well, the barbecue and karaoke nights were my favourite

Thank you for the wonderful vacation. Good outdoor amenities for the kids, very kind staff, good restaurant, very nice evening live music, beautiful view from the room and at the garden towards the beach.

Great experience, Nice staff, clean place, good food, lovely pool, Close to the beach, extraordinary view. This is Small words our stay At hotel Helios. We had a studio And an apartment with one bedroom (large family ☺️) And the apartment had the view towards the beach - Great choice - it Worths the extra money for the view! We chose to have breakfast - tasty one! The beach is very very Close just teo stairs Away. The chairs on the pool are free, the ones from the beach not - They do not belong to the hotel. Also the hotel is on a Close Walk to arrive At the alley ne-ar the beach where you can Find a lot of restaurants And stores.
