Me and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night. Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

Facilities: The suite room is large and suitable for families. The bed is large enough to sleep four adults and there is an outdoor balcony. The room is fully equipped with small accessories, including pots, knives and cutting boards. However, the overall facilities have a certain age and there are some minor problems, such as leaking in the shower room. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is good and there are no problems. There are some normal marks from old use. Environment: High-rise rooms can directly see the ski resort and cable car, as well as outdoor balconies. The scenery is very good. The hotel lobby is a bit simple, but not far away is the lobby bar and restaurant of Jinhua Resort. It's also very close to the ski resort. Service: The front desk was very enthusiastic and gave a lot of help and operation guidance. Applications for rights and interests can be exempted from review. However, I called room service three times in the afternoon but no one answered.

The owner’s family is very enthusiastic and responsive. The room I booked was not ideal. The owner didn’t say anything and changed it to a much better one without any additional money. I was very touched. The sanitary condition is also very good. It is 2 minutes away from the tourist center. Go to the scenic spot. Very convenient, there is Eurasian shopping mall next to it, life is also convenient, next time you come to Changbai Mountain, you must still live here

Standard room conditions are much better than tatami rooms. First of all, the space is open, the bathroom is centrally supplied with hot water, and the dry and wet are separated. The room size is also large. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The fly in the ointment is that the tourists next door get up in the morning and call for friends in the corridor, disturbing the rest of other guests. The breakfast needs to increase the supply of varieties. Some guests need bread and milk, but they are not provided. However, for seasonal tourist hotels, it is not easy to persist. Overall satisfaction, the price and location are quite reasonable. After all, it takes two or three minutes to walk to the Tourist Distribution Center to take a bus tour of Changbai Mountain. What needs to be complained is that the bus into the mountain drives very slowly, and it takes three hours to drive back and forth, which is drowsy.

酒店環境整潔，房間很寬敞。離長白山西坡集散中心非常近，出了酒店門口就是安檢口，特別方便。兩個單人床，一個大雙人床，適合朋友出行。前台姐姐服務周到，特別熱情，能幫忙解決問題。而且價格便宜，值得推薦!

民宿裝修什麼的都很新，非常的乾淨衞生，接送服務大加分！！！門口就是她們家的飯店，柴火的鐵鍋燉味道超級好吃！老闆人超級好的，給我們安排好行程還帶全程接送！窗外是小鄉村的雪景，早上起來看着心情超級好。老闆真的好好，完全治癒了我們一行被哈爾濱坑得寒冷的心吶！！！炕是相比傳統的炕來説是軟的，但是畢竟是炕，肯定不可能跟家裡的大床比，然後真的很暖和！每天早上都有農家早餐吃，甚至貼心地可以送到房間用餐！性價比非常高！五星推薦！下次還來！真誠安利給各位朋友們！！

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

The proprietress was super helpful. She answered many questions I had beforehand about checking in during the pandemic. We arrived to check in 5 hrs early and she gave us a room and breakfast free of charge. She made suggestions about what hot springs to visit and arranged the tickets and car. And, she arranged a car back to Shenyang which was much nicer than taking the overnight train. Breakfast was delicious and more Korean I think, and the best I have had in China. It seemed to be an assessment of pickled veggies, steamed buns and hard boiled eggs. The only downfall was no coffee, but I had inst-packages. Price was right for the room although there is no air conditioning- a small fan would have been nice. The bedding was very good quality, crisp and clean. The nights were quiet and I enjoyed hearing the frogs at night. A full supermarket is a block away.
