The good things are: upgraded room, mini-balcony with lots of windows, welcoming fruits / nuts, staff willing to help.
The things to be improved: hot water (available only after 4 minutes of waiting with the shower on), easier access to WiFi, and it would be great if the staff knew about the locations and ways to get to the most iconic destinations around the city to be able to help tourists in need.

DDavidA new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

GGuest UserCame to Xinjiang for a trip and wanted to go to the Silk Road Ski Resort. It wasn't snowing so I just took the cable car down. Then I browsed ** and Xiaohongshu and found that the style of this shop was very beautiful, so I went to the shop to look at the rooms. Finally, I booked a room with a terrace. Then I went to the front desk and scanned a code. It was much cheaper than the price I saw myself, so I was very happy. The lady and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. By the way, the breakfast was not bad either. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the shop. I stayed at Yunju for two days. In the previous day's review, I reported that due to a mistake by the front desk staff, an ice pack was missing from the specialties I was going to take home.
I was really angry at that time because the souvenir I carefully selected might be ruined on the road. But within half a day, I received a text message from the hotel manager contacting me to solve my problem. The tone was sincere and the solution was feasible. This unpleasant incident during my trip was immediately turned around, and my trip to Xinjiang came to a successful conclusion.
I waited until today to post this positive review because I just received a replacement souvenir from the hotel manager. It was from the same store where I bought it and was well packaged. Thank you to the staff for giving me a very satisfactory solution. Mistakes are inevitable at work, but I admire this attitude of solving the problem very much. These two stores are stores where I have done my homework. When I went to buy, there was a long queue, but I didn’t expect the staff to go and give it to me. It was hard work when purchasing, so I would like to express my gratitude to you. I also hope that you can pay more attention to your work in the future and try to avoid mistakes. In addition, I recommend this hotel to travelers who need a hotel in Wushi. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop at the door and a subway station about one kilometer away from the intersection. The room is a little small, but neat and clean. (The water in the shower in the bathroom was not smooth when I stayed. I hope the hotel can improve it as soon as possible.) The main reason is that the attitude of the staff here is really good. However, the service could not keep up. First of all, the room was handed over late (the room could not be handed over around 18:00). I was told to wait for half an hour, but ended up waiting for almost two hours. Free parking, vehicles need to come in and out once and then contact the front desk, which is very inconvenient. When you can't get out, you can't actively respond. Just say wait, but the wait lasts half an hour. A bad experience for traveling. There are obviously not enough people at the front desk, and customers can't even hear what they say. The most they say is to wait a moment.
