„Pada saat check in kami ditawarkan untuk upgrade ke kamar dgn view pemandangan dan tmbahan charge 50k. Setelah setuju dan membayar kami menuju kamar, sampai di kamar saya mmbuka pintu balkon dan yg kami lihat bukan view pemandangan melainkan jalanan dan area parkir hotel. Kecewa krn ptugas hotel tidak mnjelaskan dgn detail dan tdk dijelaskan jg bahwa hnya tersisa satu kamar lg. Kemudian saluran kamar mandi jg mampet, sehingga air tergenang pada saat mandi. Tv tidak berfungsi, bikin anak2 jd gak betah di kamar.”

„Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained..”

How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work...
