Wszystko nam się podobało. Bardzo miły personel!! Spełnili nasze prośby. Dziękujemy!! Mieliśmy piękny pokój. Hotel z cudnym widokiem, pyszne urozmaicone jedzenie, codzienne sprzątanie, czysto bardzo, piękny ogród, kawałek do plaży ale to nie problem, w okolicy sklepy , restauracje, wypożyczalnie aut. Super pobyt w hoteli Mitsis Bali Paradise!!!

Bardzo, bardzo przyjazny personel, personel recepcji i piękne widoki na morze i baseny. Podobało nam się jedzenie i ogólna a**osfera, jednak daję temu hotelowi 3 gwiazdki za nieistniejącą klimatyzację w pokojach i strefie bufetowej. Klimatyzacja w naszej saunie w pomieszczeniu z 39 stopniami na zewnątrz i 45 stopniami w środku po prostu nie działała. Wszystkie drzwi i drzwi przesuwne były zamknięte, urządzenia pracowały i pracowały, nie wypływało zimne powietrze, a temperatura była ustawiona na 18 stopni. Najstraszniejszy sen, jaki kiedykolwiek mieliśmy z powodu upału i za każdym razem, gdy wchodziliśmy do pokoju, byliśmy przemoczeni. Kierownictwo musi rozwiązać ten problem! Poza tym wszystko było w porządku, ale być może odwiedzę ponownie w chłodniejszych miesiącach.

To był najgorszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem na wszystkich poziomach. Pozytywne komentarze dotyczące tego hotelu w ogóle nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Ten hotel ma najgorsze prywatne łazienki w pokojach, jakie kiedykolwiek widziałem, prysznic nie ma podparcia do umieszczenia na wysokim, łóżka są okropne, umieścili mnie w pokoju z 2 pojedynczymi łóżkami, kiedy mnie poproszono od momentu rezerwacji postawić im podwójne łóżko, system cyrkulacji powietrza w łazience wydaje ogłuszający hałas, który powoduje bóle głowy podczas brania prysznica, śniadanie okropne, w ciągu 7 nocy posprzątali pokój tylko raz, bo musiałem tego zażądać. Ich wymówką jest to, że sprzątali pokój tylko dwa razy w tygodniu z powodu pandemii Covid. Wszystko jest kłamstwem, bo w tym hotelu ani obsługa, ani goście nie przestrzegają zasad pandemii, czyli używania masek. Więc nie używaj wymówki, że możesz sprzątać pokoje tylko dwa razy w tygodniu z powodu pandemii, kiedy byłeś tam tylko raz na moją prośbę. Nie umieszczają udogodnień na co dzień. Musiałem codziennie prosić recepcję o zapewnienie mi udogodnień. I wreszcie, pracownicy są okropni w pracy. A wszystko to w hotelu, który ma cenę drogiego pobytu. I pomyśleć, że poszedłem do 4-gwiazdkowego hotelu, co może być okropne, nawet w porównaniu z wieloma 2-gwiazdkowymi hotelami, w których byłem.

We have a nice holiday and although some of the hotel is a little tired but it’s comfortable and the staff are great, they couldn’t be more helpful. I would say it’s more lower 3 star than 4 (even by Greek standards). The room the first night was terrible, we arrived late so we’re stuck in it first night. Once we spoke to reception they moved us to the newer park of the hotel which was lovely. Once space was available we upgraded to a suite, the suites are lovely but be warned there is no place to hold the shower head in the bath so it’s hand held which isn’t ideal. The meals are good, very tasty. The worst meal we had was at the booked restaurant, staff were great but the food was disappointing. Bali beach area is great, it’s not vast but has about 3 bays with good tavernas and things to do and a few tourist shops. Transport to other places isn’t very easy and fair distance to the bus stop. I would visit the area again.

We booked a room with a sea view (at an additional cost) and received instead a room with a balcony without a view which did not look good at all. The woman at the reception said that right now everything is fully booked but they will move us to a room with a view the next day. The next morning we were really upgraded to a suite with a view of the sea and a large garden, a very beautiful and spacious room... All the employees were very nice, efficient and caring. The corridors had a bad smell of sewage. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and really the meals were very varied and so were the drinks at the bar. The entertainment staff is French and most of the guests are French as well, we didn't mind because we weren't looking for entertainment. In conclusion, the value for the price is fair, but the level is not very high.

Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional.
Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket.
The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room.
The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel.
You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it.
The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :(
I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing.
When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room.
Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge.

Niki and Yanis have human and professionnel qualities .they love their job. The director is also kind and professionnel. The restaurant is good Employees of swimming pool are so kind and professionnel.

The hotel it's clean, staff very friendly. Best restaurant on the crete!! Only minus is the hill from the way to the hotel.The hotel is about 400m from the beach. And to much French people they don't speak english 😂
