I have to say, considering the price, this hotel is awesome. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is delicate and delicious. The service is excellent.
Two little advice
1. please provide a hair dryer for every room
2. improve the WIFI

The staff at this hotel are unbelievable!! The swimming pool area is beautiful and they do a good breakfast but it’s undoubdetdly the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff that make it stand-out. It very handily located to walk into town on a quiet street by a small forest area. The rooms is a little dated but very clean and the price is superb. Well worth the money.

My experience in this hotel couldn’t be better. The staff was very welcoming and kindly, they really know how take care of us. Swimming pool is perfectly warm, you can have breakfast in the room with a beautiful view of the nature.

Nice and clean hotel with a good size swimming pool. Good location, but also quiet. The best part is the employees in the hotel. They are extremely kind, caring and helpful, and made our stay perfect. Thank you Swahita-team!

This is a family run hotel and the staff could not have been more friendly. They were always on hand to offer help and could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Ubud but there are several places to ear within 10 minutes walk.
The breakfasts were excellent, with 4 choices made fresh when you arrived at the table or they would deliver it to your room.
We had a deluxe balcony room with a very comfortable bed.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Service and rooms were excellent. One of the other guests was a total Karen and the hotel was very professional with dealing with the conflict. My stay at Swahita was great!
