Very beautiful and quiet place. All staff are very helpful and very friendly. The foods are nice and provide free shuttle service. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and experience.

The Traditional twin room is unique and interesting. Big bathtub settled in living room kept enough hot water. I was really enjoyed it.
The Traditional twin room didn’t have some equipment compared with Ubud room and Deluxe room (TV, clothes hanger, refrigerator, texture of comforter).
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle bus between hotel and Ubud city was very helpful.
It may not only like here, I had many mosquito bites in restaurant and room. It may better to take care if you prone to mosquito bites.

Absolutely loved this hidden gem ! Located out of Ubud centre but with a free shuttle into Ubud offered 4 times a day it’s fabulous! The staff ( family ) at Ubad are exceptional ! They really made you feel ‘ at home ‘ . We originally planned to stay only 2 nights but extended our stay because it was too nice to leave ! Two lovely pools and the on site restaurant serves lovely food . We will definitely return next time we come to Bali .

What a great place to be. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and there are two pools. There is a shuttle to the center of Ubud four times a day. We can recommend this hotel to couplet, familys and backpackers.

I loved staying here! the rooms, garden, pools and staff are wonderful. They hav e a 2 level cafe, bar and serve a beautiful breakfast that is included in the room cost. I appreciated that it is outside the hustle and busrle of Ubud. They offer shuttle service to the center of Ubud 4 times a day; 9, 12, 3 and 6PM The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Hot pot, fridge, tv, Wi-Fi. The bathrooms have a shower and big bathtub. Very clean, good towels.

A heartwarming experience. Everything they do is done wholeheartedly to make us happy. Great staff ( Rian, Bella, Sri, and Linda)❤️They provide free shuttle service to the UBUD market. Positive energy is everywhere. I simply enjoyed my stay ❤️

A perfect retreat away from everything in Ubud. The staff are amazing and so attentive, Linda (I think) was amazing. The food was made fresh and proper homemade with plenty of options for breakfast. The rooms are so clean and spacious. The air con works so good couldn’t fault! They made me feel a part of their family it was great! Thankyou It is very out of the way,however they offer a FREE shuttle regularly throughout the day which takes you to the centre on a timetable schedule which is perfect and they rent scooters Definitely be coming back when I come back to Bali ❤️

The room was nice, the bed comfy. The breakfast wasn't great. The hotel is also a little far out of town & although they offer a free shuttle into town, they are at 9am/12pm/3pm/6pm, so if you want to be out late or explore the town by night, there is no transport back. They also frown upon using Grab or Gojek and encourage use of the local taxis. The local taxis are ridiculously priced at IDK80,000 to go into town, whereas a Grab bike is IDK6,000. Needless to say, we used Grab a lot as unfortunately the local taxis were just too expensive!

A big thank you to the staff for making us feel welcomed during our stay :) they were always there to help us when we needed something. The breakfast was delicious - made to order fresh. We would stay again!
