Our stay in this "hotel" was terribly absurd for all the wrong reasons reasons: The pool, advertised as available for use, is actually out of order for the duration of our booking. Advertising a private kitchen, but lacking basic amenities like gas for the stove or basically anything you need to cook. What's the point of having a private kitchen if it's unusable? The pictures of the room we selected on Trip.com were incredibly misleading. On top of that, there isn't even a single chair provided. To make matters worse, immediately after we checked in, there's loud earpslitting noise coming from the next construction undergoing in the next room, making it impossible to relax. Then the shower was just too filthy to even describe it. They should have disclosed these issues beforehand so we could have canceled our booking. Instead, they kept us in the dark and blindsided us with these problems. Breakfast time came and it was only a selection on fried rice or fried noodles. We feel scammed and cheated. I suggest others to avoid this "accommodation" like the plague.

Suitable for my travel purposes due to proximity of where I need to be. Price point was good and reasonable. Staff courteous and friendly.

To miejsce wymaga remontu. W każdym razie w pokojach dwuosobowych i recepcji. Zarezerwowałem to wyłącznie na popołudnie, ponieważ nie mogłem zostać w mojej willi, ale lot nie do 23:00. To było tanie, ale zatrzymałem się w znacznie ładniejszym miejscu w tej samej cenie. Niewielkim nakładem pieniędzy te pokoje można było odmłodzić, ale zamiast tego nie chciałem leżeć na łóżku ani brać prysznica, ponieważ nie było to przyjemne. Jest przestarzały i wymaga uwagi. Worse villa I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! If you like living in the zoo, Then this is the Villa for you… lizards the size of cats pooping all over the kitchen every day. Bats and cockroaches and other disgusting on animals running freely. Old, moldy, dirty in general horrible hotel. Would never go back! Would give zero stars if I could!

The booking was made and was tottaly different to what i had booked. Only to be told i had made a cheap booking and the tiny little room they gave me was an upgrade. An upgrade i said, i would like to have the intial roim

Absolutely disgusting, dirty , rude staff, old furnishings, moldy. I don’t recommend at all . Very bad experience. Old and dirty bed sheets . Horrible not unusable swimming pool . Dirty garden with old wooden floor .

Stayed 1 night..lve stayed before so knew what to expect..but had to call reception after leaving as left phone charger..asked for 100k for small spot of blood on sheets..which are old n grey..and all caused by dangerous steps from parking area and no lighting..many reviews read the same..lve canceled future bookings Kerobokan room has broken kettle..and floorboards are screwed down for safety reasons
