Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy lotnisku. Czyste, ciche, duże pokoje. Dobre wydarzenie serwisowe, kiedy zameldowałem się późno po północy

I don’t believe any positive reviews that were written about this hotel because:
1. The hotel itself is super old and VERY DIRTY. All the carpets are covered in stains, the smell in the rooms is bad. The bed sheets are covered in stains as well (look at the photos). And I’m sure that they don’t change them not even every day, but not even after every guest.
2. After trying to find a good room in this hotel (I have been offered a replacement after my complaints) I decided not to stay, and just went to the nearby Hilton. Which I absolutely loved, especially after this nightmare (of course I was not refunded). And I don’t really care, the experience itself was terrible.
3. The only one positive thing about this thing, is the receptionists. The were nice and friendly. But that’s it.
4. House keeping is TERRIBLE! When I complained about stains on the bed, they came with the stain remover, not new sheets. Unbelievable! And it’s considered a 4*!!
Anyway, I know it’s not the most expensive hotel ( and now I see that the room prices are cheaper than when I booked it, which is understandable, I guess nobody wants to stay here), but having this level of unhygienic and unprofessional approach it’s new to me. And I’ve been to a lot of countries.
Unfortunately I didnt take more photos of his horrendous place, but I think these are enough.
So my advice: “STAY AWAY FROM IT” I seriously consider that it is not safe for your health to stay there.

The hotel was good! The services here was awesome! The views on the skybar was amazing, but the cleanliness can be better! Overall great experience!

More like a budget hotel. Amenities are not functioning properly. Can’t have a proper shower in the bathroom. Was checked in a wrong room category and staff insisted that it was problem to sort out with Trip.com instead. Took more than 2 hours to finally have the correct room. Left us at the reception waiting without any assistance. Positive side was the view of moon was nice. Managed to capture a picture.

There is a nice Japanese restaurant in the hotel, which is close to the airport.

I will rate my sray here as EXCELENT. Early check in accepted, amazing views of airplanes from terrace, great free welcome drink, nice room with fantastic shower, very good rate!! All very beyond my expectations. I will repeat and I hope other "hotels" learn in this area!!!

Good stayed, the location was perfect, many restaurants and give shops in the area, close to airport, the room was spacious enough and the rooftop with pool and bar was amazing, what a great spot for airplanes spotting during landing and take off at Ngurah Rai International. The staff was great, really friendly and delivered a really good service. Perfect hotel for transit or layover, definitely will be back.
