Wonderful is an understatement of my time here. I was welcomed with welcome drinks and a tour of the resort ensuring I was well-informed of my stay before getting introduced to my room. The staff was well prepared in the mosquitoes with mosquito repellent spray and an ultrasonic pest repellent which was super beneficial for my boyfriend who gets bit very easily. The little executions of their services and kindness is what really drove the experience of our stay. Few service features to highlight:
- Option to have our room refreshed either in the morning or evening
- Laundry service being picked up and dropped off at our room (separate charge)
- What's App communication with front desk with prompt responses
- Preparing breakfast for us at 2:15AM for our hike to Mt. Batur
- Transportation services for us to also explore The Kayon Jungle Resort (free entry) and utilize their facilities as well (separate charge that can be billed back to you room)
Their complimentary breakfast was always lovely, I looked forward to waking up early to have their breakfast. We also had an opportunity to watch their culture dinner show which had a cute closing by inviting their audience to come join them dance the "Friendship Dance". 10/10 would recommend!!

This hotel claimed to be 5 star but in actual should be 3 star. Room is not spacious, just simply enough. Balcony has natural view of trees but the trees are not well groomed. It gets spooky at night with limited dim lighing - what even weirder is switch for room lamp is located on the outside of room - not inside. Bathroom is also dimly lit - with unpleasant atmosphere at night. Breakfast was ala carte and tasted good. Not great but simply good. We cut the visit from 2 nights to 1 nights only and management was helpful to refund the room.
Perhaps the target market is different since they're offering rustic and pure back to nature experience which might not get into everyone taste and preferences. Not saying the hotel was bad, they aren't. Service is great, but it's just different with the expectations

房間很舒服，很典型的峇里島烏布森林風，不會熱，非常涼快！環境就是一個綠色森林，泳池和舞台的景觀位置一流，餐廳菜單一定要試試峇里島和印尼菜到！試過都不踩雷，晚餐還有傳統巴釐舞蹈表演。去烏布中心有酒店的免費接駁車，這點真的加分，烏布除了酒店內，外面都是摩託飛車，有酒店免費商務車接送很有安全感。

자연속의 예술...이라는 카욘의 문구가 리조트 내를 다녀보니 이해가 갔다.힌두교 관련 내용을 새겨놓은 이끼 낀 벽화,수영장과 객실 테라스와 욕실 창 바로 너머에 깊은 계곡이 있는 자연 안에 심어놓은 듯한 리조트 곳곳의 풍경이 자연을 좋아하는 내겐 무척 감명 깊었다.서비스도 매우 훌륭했다.다만 아쉬웠던 점은 마사지 샵의 마사지는 외부에 비해 2~3배가 비쌌지만 그 가치에 많이 미치지 못했다.식당의 음식도 리조트의 다른 서비스에 비하면 보통 수준이었다.나시고랭은 너무 짯고 다른 음식들도 평범한 정도였다.
하지만 발리에 가면 아름답고 친절한 카욘 리조트에 다시 묵고 싶다.

카욘은 제가 지금 껏 다녀 본 리조트 중에 가장 좋은 숙소 중 하나입니다.
처음 체크인 순간부터 체크아웃까지 머무르는 모든 시간 다 기억에 남네요.
환경, 서비스, 청결, 음식 모든 것이 마음에 드는 숙소에요.
