Very good hotel with good restaurants and enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to come back again soon.

There were a little hiccups during the check-in process. But it was remedied effectively after reflecting the issues to the hotel. Friendly staffs and the architecture of the hotel is majestic. Spa was perfect and the in-room dinning was excellent. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The largest, most impressive place we've ever stayed in. The level of service and care was far beyond what we could have imagined. Pools and beach are excellent. We visited some other areas and the beaches were quite dirty and not pleasant at all, so we really appreciated how well maintained ours was.
Our only complaints (purely so they could improve that last %10) would be:
A few areas were quite dirty. Felt a bit like they think no one would look there, so why bother
The spa was very nice, especially the design, but felt quite rushed and not as attentive as it could be. We also arranged for the outdoor bath at the end of the massage, but it wasn't very pleasant due to the state of the bathtub itself.
Food is OK. Definitely in no way bad at all. But just OK.
Our room had an annoying door to link 2 rooms together, which is very outdated and quite annoying as there is basically an open hole between the rooms. Our neighbours were very noisy and we could hear everything including their screaming kids. You will also hear everything upstairs, including the house keeping carts going down the hallways. Not quite sure why, but it was definitely quite noisy unfortunately.
Overall though, a very very nice hotel and highly recommended. And again, the staff were amazing.

It was very wonderful experience at Kempinski. All the staffs at hotel were extremly nice to us and felt they care about us all the time. View was great too. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel service and amenities provided is really top notch, everything is perfect including the check in, friendliness, spa/massage and check out process. Very good breakfast spread, huge hotel room space and lobby with calm musics, glad that I picked Apurva Kempinski as my last hotel stay in Bali....

I booked a king bed room via Trip and arrived slightly earlier at check in time 3PM.. was told room was not ready and also gaslit me to thinking I booked a twin room, saying the King bed room was not available. Ended up showing my reservation and they apologised, offering an upgrade but the check in was delayed until 9PM. Very disappointed. We tried not to let it dampen the rest of the stay which was honestly quite good besides the initial hiccups. Room was very clean, twice a day room cleaning and little touches here and there, hospitable staff made it worthy of its stars. Good dining options too esp Koral which made our stay very enjoyable!
