I have significant suspicions that cash was stolen from my wallet during my stay at this hotel, as it was the only place I left my belongings unattended. I didn't have my wallet in the safe because I am a frequent traveler and had never experienced anything like this before. This was the most serious and unfortunate incident I have faced. Nobody took responsibility for my loss; $150 was missing from my wallet, and I couldn't locate it.
In addition to this major issue, the hotel has three significant problems. Firstly, the location directions on Google Maps/Apple Maps are incorrect, causing taxi drivers to get lost when attempting to reach the hotel. You have to call the hotel to guide the driver. Secondly, from 9 pm onwards, the only staff member available, who acts as a doorman, housekeeper, and more, is always lying down at the reception desk. While he is friendly, he lacks hospitality skills. For instance, one night my mother was very cold, so I asked for a blanket for her, to which the man suggested a towel as a cover. Thirdly, the hotel permits smoking in all common areas, including the restaurant, where people smoke next to diners.
My experience at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, but the worst part was losing cash from my wallet and the hotel's lack of appropriate response to this serious incident.

The view is very good and the breakfast was great but with limited variety
There is a shuttle bus to the center as the hotel location is a bit far from the center

Such a nice hotel with a very welcoming hotel staff❤ The food is tasty ,the hotel is captivating with a swimming pool. The hotel crew is very kind and helpful. The room is cosy and clean with a beautiful view. We have also done exercursions with the hotel guide which were very intresting. Opt for this hotel and you will really enjoy your stay!

We had a great vacation during our stay. The staff was nice and the food in the restaurant was good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is green, so expect to refill your room water bottles and do not expect bright white towels, which was ok for us. They offered a complimentary daily drop off and pick up to downtown Ubud. As well as some tour options. We liked the hotel and will come back.

Wonderful stay, the staff is wonderful. Thank you Kati for all of your assistance. I stayed here for Silent day and the whole staff worked very hard on a holiday to make our experience memorable and luxurious. Great food and massages too! Thank you team!!!

Beautiful hotel. Very warm and wonderful people. The rooms are clean trees. The food is quite varied from whale meals but not just pizzas and pasta. In addition I recommend you with two shuttles for your trips a day to get to the center of Ubud. If you are looking for a clean and wonderful place do not think too much come to Mayura hotel.

Everybody was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The property was pretty well taken care of. The staff were very accommodated. I had an event that started at 6 AM and ended at 10:30 AM. They allowed me to still have my breakfast after 11 AM. Really glad to have found the place!
