The experience at the hotel was amazing.

房間挺大，乾乾淨淨的，周圍都是綠植，住着很愜意，泳池水温的，下去不會覺得涼。早餐是點餐制，味道還不錯，不足的是第二天的水果不夠新鮮，有一點不滿意的是房間裏的小噴壺，我們沒有注意到入住時它是否在房間，但前台説丟失了讓我們做出了賠償，因為沒有看到，而賠償很冤枉

Хороший, тихий отель, находится немного в стороне от основной дороги. В шаговой доступности отличный кроссфит зал, есть места где можно вкусно покушать

Moja żona i ja zdecydowaliśmy się na chiński Nowy Rok 2023 w okolicy Ubud i zdecydowaliśmy się zostać w Radha Phala Resort & Spa. Jest tu bardzo wygodnie, cicho i można cieszyć się spokojnymi wakacjami, nie zapominaj, że jedzenie jest bardzo dobre, a śniadanie jest niesamowite. Ale w przyszłości możesz dodać więcej opcji jedzenia na lunch i kolację w restauracji oraz więcej rozrywki w telewizji, takiej jak Netflix itp. Jak dotąd polecam to miejsce.

The room was very nice and the beds was perfect. The staff was overall polite and the breakfast was ok. The location was not the best, but it could be worse. The pool was also ok, but i wouldn’t use the hole day by the pool. The restaurant was ok but a little overprised.

Stayed with my partner and 11yr old son for 4 nights after staying in Candidasa before moving on to Sanur. Pros… Liked the quiet setting, away from the very busy town centre and enjoyed the 30 minute walk into town through the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. (Take the backroads if you’re walking into town to see the local houses and people and to avoid some of the heavy traffic). The gardeners and porters were all super friendly and helpful. Well maintained gardens. Great AC in the room. Overall, clean and quite spacious, although some tired fittings, flaky plasterwork and scuffs on some walls. My son enjoyed the welcome drink (imagine super sweet cough syrup - not my fave!) Decent Wi-Fi. Cons… Really poor breakfast. Served at 7am and left open to the elements until it finished at 10am so hot/warm elements cold from 7:15 and graced with flies. Only had dinner or lunch once as this was enough - bland and dry versions of better meals we’d had in the rest of Ubud / Bali. Really bored and inattentive staff in the restaurant who would have one a competitive eye-rolling awards when asked to do anything that distracted her from her iPhone. (as mentioned, good Wi-Fi that’s enjoyed by the staff too). Pool not large enough for all guests and not enough loungers. Not that we are sit by the pool types but would have been nice to able to have a dip. Pool not cleaned for the duration of our stay - the water green so you couldn’t see the bottom in the shallow end. On arrival, we had to wait for 20 minutes whilst the ‘fogging’ crew did their thing with a massive smoke gun, belching out a thick noxious concoction to control the ‘pests’!!! Just glad I wasn’t already in my room as this would have been mildly terrifying!!! Very expensive in-house spa. Didn’t use nor did I see anyone else do so. Overall… Would I stay here again or recommend? Probably not as we have had better stays elsewhere in Bali where the service and food have been amazing. I just don’t think we received value for money.

First off - the staff were great, very friendly and made staying with baby very easy. Overall, we were out and about doing a lot of activities so we didn't spend too much time at the resort except for breakfast and sleeping. The breakfast is actually quite good - better than the lunch/dinner menu! The pool is also decent, however needs more signage around depth, and the towels to be used there are old and stained. Now the disappointing part is the room. Keeping in mind that this isn't exactly luxury accommodation, still - the rooms are dated, and a bit sad. The wooden furniture is old, and worn. The AC in our room had to be kept on to keep things cool, if we turned it off it took a very long time for the room to be cooled again. The bathrooms though - had mould, very dark 80s/90s tiling, smelled, and again the wooden fixtures are worn out. The shower head looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I'd say the rooms need a full refurbishment. The location is also away from the main ***** which is quiet, but also means getting a Go-jek every time you want to go out, which isn't exactly expensive, but adds time and hassle and sometimes they getbatuxj in traffic. So TL;DR - lovely staff, but doesn't make up for the low quality of the rooms. Can't recommend.
