The townhouse oak signature Sanur is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, this is our second time in a year we have stayed at this hotel. It’s very clean, all the staff are just amazing, happy and will go above and beyond to help you. Added bonus it now has a restaurant on the front of the hotel hotel that serves great coffee and delicious food. See you in December 24 😘

Good location and neat and spacious room. The hotel reopen after pandemic and the interior still good. Just lack of amneties but the bedroom and bathroom is nice. The staff very polite and helpful. They have parking lot. Will be back to this hotel

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This hotel is the WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at…I say stayed we left after 3 hours….rooms are filthy and full of dead and alive mosquito’s! We were even told by the guy who worked there that he wouldn’t stay there. We applied for a refund and this was refused by the hotel even though we fully paid for x2 rooms for x2 nights. It may seem a good price but it really is horrendous!
